EOS Has a customer for Life.
EOS, the company that makes the little round lip balms is a great company! They really know how to put customers first. They recently dropped a new line of balms made with CBD oil and hemp oil (no thc) and on the day of I ordered the Happy Herb and the Baked Brownie. Well, due to overwhelming demand here in the US it was 4/20 day, they had to cancel my order for the Happy Herb. I let them know I wasn't happy and about 2 weeks later I received a special order of the Happy Herb for free! It was BEAUTIFULLY ❤️ wrapped and I appreciated it. Now that's what I call customer service 😁
