The product i ordered is one the product i recieved one i tried to return the product but there is no way I can return that product i just wasted my money on something so useless that I can't even use that product because it's not what I wanted it displeased me alot
I recently purchased threshold bath towels. Never have I bought such bad towels. After washing they look raggy and ratty. I have to take a lint roller to them and they still are losing fibers. My old set were threshold and lasted really well. I would not recommend buying them. I'm tempted to return them.
Late delivery; first day - due to deliver, UPS carrier failed to make a decision to leave item at my address and put responsibility on me to advise of the entry code??? I have intercom in my apt building, not an entry code, and carrier could have left item outside or delivered it to the leasing office mail room, as USPS and FedEx always do. I am not happy. In a couple days, on 23rd of February 2026, they finally delivered that package, which looks dirty on the outside. Not a fault of the carrier, but item itself is larger than I expected, and now I can see that return is nearly impossible, and especially mail return - Target website makes it prohibitive to initiate mail return with very unusual and buyer-unfriendly stipulations. And even if I selected "1" out of "10" for delivery and lower numbers for other aspects for the review Target solicited via my e-mail, and I provided, for some reason, below my entries, it reads "excellent" . ???? I never selected "excellent". I wrote "Poor", NOT "excellent" in my comment to them in that review. This is a scam corporation, no shame in how they treat customers and represent their services and guarantees. And if anybody did their homework on their moral character, there may be more shady activities, which are outside of this review. F minus to them.
Wouldn’tt honor privacy request bc of state I live in. Despicable behavior
Target clearly advertises that one of the benefits of a Target 360 membership is free delivery and no mark up at 100's of other retailers with Shipt. It's not true. Shipt marks up other retailers, 10-20% higher than what you'd pay directly with the retailer. Target customer service said Shipt controls their own pricing, didn't care about the no markup being in Target press releases, in the Q&A on their website and in various prompts when shopping in their app. I spent a ton of phone and email time with Shipt. At first they didn't know what I was talking about then said outright that they mark up other retailers.A big benefit of Target 360 that is clearly and frequently advertised is fraudulent.
I had to go back with my shirt I purchase that they forgot to take that tag off with a tool. Not my fault. First off I asked a lady politely and the moment I walked up she rolled her eyes and grunting under her breath. This makes me not want to go back. It was there mistake not mine. I should have been the piss one but I was polite. I’m tire of ppl like this representing stores like Target. I expect this from Walmart.
I purchased two items which were not received in my mailbox. The "IA's" I spoke with told me the items were not allowed to be returned, exchanged or credited. LSS: In speaking with a kind, live person, he was able to refund my money on these two items. Happy it worked in my favor this time.
Customer service was great
Many reports on th Internet of Target selling but not delivering. It’s a story as old as money. Comapny is spiraling down the drain, decides to suck in as many orders as it can without delivering anything in return, keeps the loot and then files bankruptcy. The poor suckers, er- customers - are just added to the bankruptcy’s long list of “unsecured creditors.”Purchased a lamp for $102 online from Target on February 04. Delivery promised by February 11. Target e-mailed that the it was “getting ready to ship your order” on February 04 and provided a UPS Tracking number. Checked the tracking number a few days later and got this UPS response: “Estimated delivery date will be available when UPS receives the package.”Checked UPS periodically. Still no package received by UPS. Contacted Target Customer Service on February 11 and was told that sometimes UPS does not update its tracking until AFTER delivery. Called BS. Was transferred the call to Eddena who can be described charitably as RUDE. Eddena moved the goal posts, now claiming that the lamp had been shipped Fed Ex. When asked for the Fed Ex tracking number Eddena insisted it would not be available until February 13. Fed Ex issues a tracking number at the time it receives a package. Requested a refund. As of this date - no lamp, no refund. Look to be listed on Target’s bankrupcty as one of its “unsecured creditors.” Oh, and if you check the order number on Target’s website - you get 329 results - for the same single order number. BEWARE.
The prices are higher than Walmart on all items. Even Milk is priced higher by about 5-10% of comparable brands. Target also stopped price match with competitors, and some items are priced higher in the stores than Target.com. The new CEO is trying to fix things but start with Price first in this inflationary economy. I shopped only as I have a gift card.
If I could give them a 0 or negative i would. This company said they accept returns and since i trust their company i bought a perfume which turns out to be a fake, i asked for it to be returned since it said they accept returns and then said that they wont accept that particular return. I did more digging and it was because it was sold by a 3rd party seller. I hate Target and will never ever buy or promote their services. Worst customer service ever
I recently purchased a Consumer Cellular phone from Target on Jericho Tpke in Commack. The (technician)??? Zar or Zor was very rude and appeared to have little to no knowledge of how to transfer information from my old phone to my new phone. As a result my phone stopped working 2 days later DO NOT buy a phone from this store
On February 9th, I placed a same-day delivery order through Target and paid using SNAP benefits. After delivery, I reviewed my order and noticed an unexpected $44 pending charge. This charge was not taken from my SNAP funds. It was placed on my personal bank account. For customers using food assistance, every dollar in a regular checking account matters. If I am using SNAP for groceries, that means my cash funds are already limited. A surprise $44 authorization pulled from my bank account is not minor. It impacts gas, utilities, prescriptions, and other basic expenses. When I called customer service, I was told this was an additional same-day delivery authorization charge. There was no clear disclosure of this during checkout. Transparency is critical, especially when serving households relying on assistance programs. The first representative apologized and told me the $44 would be refunded within 4–5 business days. After no refund appeared, I called back and was told that information was incorrect and that refunds take 10 business days. When I calmly requested a supervisor to address the conflicting information, the representative refused multiple times and declined to escalate the call. She would not provide identifying information beyond her first name.I called again and reached someone claiming to be a supervisor. After placing me on hold, he stated he saw the refund processed. That was inaccurate. The only refund issued was for missing items, not the $44 authorization. I was then told I could dispute the charge, even though it is still pending, which is not possible until a charge posts with most financial institutions. As of today, the $44 remains pending on my bank account. The concern here goes beyond one transaction. It reflects:• Undisclosed authorization charges impacting non-SNAP funds• Misinformation from multiple representatives• Refusal to escalate legitimate concerns• A lack of understanding of how pending bank holds affect low-income householdsIf Target offers same-day delivery to SNAP customers, policies affecting additional charges should be clearly disclosed before checkout, not discovered afterward.Target promotes accessibility and community support. This experience did not reflect either. I expect this matter to be reviewed and corrected promptly, along with clearer disclosure practices moving forward
I see why target ia getting boycotted. Ordered 4 items. It asked it I wanted to save a dollar because 3 items would arrive tomorrow and one Friday. I needed one of the items so I said no. Guess what? All items are arriving Friday now, eve though I said I wanted the 3 available items tomorrow I still got screwed and they saved a dollar. This company is a joke. I’m surprised they are still in business.
Where to start??First off, I'm 26 just to state, so I'm not stupid when it comes to using technology. I was at the checkout in Altoona and I was new to the Target app, so I wasn't sure how to use it. The girl who was maybe 22 that came over to "help" me was like, "Um honey, (First off, don't call people older than you honey, honey), I don't know what you're doing.....*ha ha*" in a very snotty, condescending tone. I walked out of there feeling beyond stupid and I know I'm not. Then I tried to pay my bill over the phone. It was "returned" and I was told to call my bank. I did that and my bank said it was not on their end and that Target put my information in wrong. THEN, Target added a $6 fee on top of my outstanding balance for THEIR mistake. I made 3 separate infuriating calls to Target, all 3 people spoke extremely broken English so I got 3 different reasons for my returned payment from each representative. I got the fee waved, payment made and closed my card for good after MANY wasted hours.Moral of the story, DO NOT GET A TARGET CIRCLE CARD. It's 1000% not worth it, and you'll end up paying for it with your time and tacked on fees.
So I go into the Ypsilanti Michigan target yesterday you get this lost prevention people racial profiling like you smell the guy right away. It’s obvious he’s a loss prevention stop racial profiling not everybody’s a thief I’ll never go back to that place again.
I just finished 9 months of Chemo so my immune system sucks. I do delivery and pay for it, so I do not put myself in a bad situation where I can get sick. I received a package at 4:30pm to 5pm on Saturday 2/7/2026. I retrieved the package and the 2 Cami's I ordered had the big red security devices on them. I tried to call at 6pm, but the phone just rang for 7 minutes and hung up, I did this twice. Monday 2/9/2026 I drove up to the store because I need the security devices removed. They removed them and I told them I wanted the delivery fee reimbursed because I had to come and do this anyway. She said they will not do that, I said get a manager. They left for 5 minutes and said the manager will be right out. So the manager said he could refund the delivery fee but I needed a receipt. I gave him the delivery order email and it had not pricing on it. I told him to use the order number and look it up in my account and there you can see the delivery fee. I assuming they do not give you this info in email so they can say they cannot refund. He said he could not do that, and I said really because I returned something without a receipt and they looked up my account and looked the the receipt and did a return. So now here I sit trying to figure out how to get the money back, its the principal of it. Oh yeah and when I walked in the door a bunch of people looked at me because of all the beeping, which means the delivery driver walked through those doors knowing the security devices were attached and delivered the package anyway. So what to do. I need to find Yelp and also post things about Target, they are losing lots of customers and this is probably why. The is the Reston VA target.
We purchased a new record player for my daughter's birthday. We bought it December 20th and gave it to her for her birthday. Because of their return policy we had until January 26th to return it. When we gave it to her the speakers did not work and the record player itself stopped working the day after the the return window. We got it for her because she loves Stranger Things and it was the last one. They would not help and it was a wasted purchase. We will never recomend Target to anyone and will not set foot in one again. I used to like Target but its clear they do not care about their customers.
H.R Step It Up †I know this isn't customer related, but I easily spent an hour of my time, filling out this defunct job application only for it to tell me there was an error code at the very end. It then asked me to sign in, in order to resolve the issue, so I did. The system then started me from the very beginning. Frustrating as, hell.
