Untrustworthy. This morning I was hoping to receive a parcel from you. It was delivered to the wrong address by DPD. I reached out to Nike, uploaded a photo of my house, which is clearly different to the one it was delivered too. Here is the response I received from "NIKE: Hi ....,Hope you are doing well. After a thorough case review, our records show that everything has shipped correctly from our warehouse, and our courier confirmed that this parcel was delivered correctly. So we can't confirm the refund. We are truly sorry for this outcome and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Hope you a lovely day. Nike Team"I have since been out to locate my parcel, and found the address it was thrown on the doorstep of, and collected it. The people in the house didn't even know it was there as the courier didn't ring the bell.All in all a pretty poor performance from you NIKE and DPD.
