Good Product.
Overall a good experience. Exploring the website to choose various options was more challenging than I expected but a phone call was quickly answered by someone who spoke and understood English and answered my questions and even assisted me in applying a discount I missed. The shipping was a bit longer than I expected and while the quality of the ProII was good, honestly I would recommend stepping up to a higher quality leather.

I AM FURIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY.In my personal experience, their so-called “customer warranty service” is an absolute disaster. I have never dealt with anything this infuriating. Sitting on hold for almost TWO HOURS with no human being in sight? Completely unacceptable. And the last time I called, I waited for over an hour, they closed, and nobody bothered to contact me afterward. Not the next day. Not ever.To me, it honestly feels like they have no real support at all. And after what I’ve gone through, I have zero confidence in their products or their ability to help customers. The frustration this company has caused me is unbelievable.At this point, I WOULDN’T BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.I am DONE.

Overall thought my item was well built
Overall thought my item was well built! My biggest consideration was the material felt a little cheap and the middle part where my passport went was very very tight. I’d say it would need to be a hair looser to help the passport go in so it doesn’t ruin the paper/ hard part of my passport.
