Good firm but be patient. The process takes time
The firm got me the policy maximum, though it did take some time, it was worth the wait. The firm also set me up with all the appointments I needed (MRI, PT, Follow up after PT). Much appreciated. Would use again in the future.

Well in the beginning it seems like…
Well in the beginning it seems like nothing much was getting done. A year had passed I couldn't get in touch with the attorney and his legal assistant was awful. A different attorney was put on my case he called ask me a few questions. He made me a promise that my case would be expedited. He and his legal assistant were reachable. And with in. Maybe 4 months after his call. He kept his word and got me maximum for my case. Thank you.

Legal Negligence
Absolutely terrible..I was in a near fatal accident with the MTA light rail train that ran the red light in the afternoon daylight outside no bad weather no rain and I had credible multiple witnesses..although I saved my life and my brakes got me within one inch of colliding I suffered extreme anxiety and had neck and back problems..they dropped my case even after sending me to therapy for nearly two months..they said the lawyer assigned left the firm and the new lawyer decided not to take the case after almost 6months after my accident..very disappointed.

When I first contacted your law firm I…
When I first contacted your law firm I was given a case manager. For the first month I left messages and you never replied back. Ever. I didn’t know where to turn. Later a new case manager named abgil contacted me and she did everything right. She was wonderful. Whoever worked to settle my case I believe didn’t do enough to compensate me for all my losses. They did ok but I believe I could’ve had better results with a smaller law firm who tended to my needs. But I’m ok with the outcome. Not thrilled

They were horrible in handling my case, it was an Uber driver who got me and lied and said 8 walk in front a green light but Iam in the crosswalk, it's been so many accident that occured on that Pacific route and I been living in the area for 30 years or more so I know about how reckless that corner is, lights are always broken, oh buly the way it's a daycare center right on the corner where my grandchildren attend at the time of accident and she was asked for she have footage and she said NO which was a dam lie because now she all of a sudden have cement barriers around her daycare, u would have thought as many accidents that happenthrew out the years she would have been had that installed around her daycare establishment not little yellow men letting people to slow down it's a daycare here. The point I'm trying to make they fight for me at for me at at all, then told me because I had someone who lived at my address had insurance, I would have go threw there insurance l basically sue but I walk and catch city service all the time, my is only regular if not a driver license, I was livid, they are a crock of shit for lawyers
