I had totransport one of my clients to their boynton beach location...appointment was scheduled for 315pm we arrived at 245pm...sat in the waiting room for over 90 minutes...it is now 437pm and we are still sitting here...i would NEVER consider using their services..the fact that they were over 90minutes behind is enough to tell me..NEVER EVER EVER get i volved with these people PERIOD..apparently they missed the memo regarding time management and scheduling...

I shouldn't have chose 1 star! Sage is corrupt and Liars!!! I specific asked if there would be any cost to either myself and my insurance. THEY SAID NO! This was a consult. The dentist Nunez also lied I asked home the same question l. He said no! The dentist never even looked at my mouth or dentures as this is what I was needing help with. This is a dental assembly line. Sage is not an ethical Dental chain! Please especially the elderly STAY AWAY FROM SAGE

Outright corrupt liars. Visited them to get a surgery clearance for my spouse. To clarify, my wife is about to have a serious surgery, and a dental clearance is required. They tried all the cheap tricks to squeeze as much money they could for unnecessary and unneeded procedures. They took an image of every single tooth! Then they attempted to sell a narrative of how many expensive treatments my wife needed. I told them that we weren't there for any treatments. All we needed is a surgery clearance, i.e. an evaluation of my wife's dental health and a decision. This made those liars furios. They called another "dentist", a very rude and arrogant woman, who "examined" my wife's teeth by just eyeballing without using any tools, and made a "conclusion", that all my wife's teeth were deeply infected and needed a "deep cleaning"! Moreover, one tooth was so "bad" that it needed an extraction! At this point we told them that we didn't need their corrupt "services" any more and left. A few days later we visited a different dentist. A very experienced one. He carefully examined my wife's dental health. And guess what? No infection found, no tooth extraction needed, the procedure took about 20 minutes, and he produced a dental clearance for the surgery! Conclusion: the folks at Sage Dentistry are outright criminals who should end up in jail for their lies.

I’m extremely disappointed and angry
I’m extremely disappointed and angry with Sage Dental. ( Chattanooga location , Hamilton) They do not honor what they offer. They promised a full diagnosis but did something completely different and never gave me a treatment plan. It honestly feels like a scam. The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This is supposed to be a place where patients feel safe and respected, but instead we were treated terribly. I will never go back, and I don’t recommend anyone trusting them with their care.

They’re only interested in your money, not your health
I went in with an abscess from a tooth that I had a previous root canal & crown and was told that I needed a “retreat” for that tooth and the tooth next to it as well as 2 new crowns. I was sent to another location for an endodontist to do the work. It’s been 2 years and I’ve been dealing with pain from the same 2 teeth. I went for a cleaning 6 months ago which was highly over-priced and there was no mention of an issue with the teeth that had the work done. Thank goodness I finally opted to go somewhere else and get a second opinion! Turns out the same 2 teeth were still infected all this time and I’ve suffered significant bone loss (11mm pocket) as a result! I also learned the crowns that were put on didn’t fit properly as one has a significant over-hang. I contacted customer care and was told someone would contact me but after several attempts I gave up. I will do my best to make sure everyone is aware of my experience...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Arlene's warm, welcoming smile, which immediately helped ease my anxiety despite how uncomfortable I was feeling. Since I don't have dental insurance, the team went above and beyond to guide me through cost-saving options. Update: I finally got a response from the office. I was told that the request to remove the charge from my account has been forwarded to the corporate office. They are the only ones who can remove the charge. The office manager told me to ignore the texts and the bills in the mail. The Sage Dental in Hollywood has been very difficult to deal with. The issue I have been dealing with has been going on for months. I am being continuously billed $3200 for services I never agreed to. The dentist proposed something to straighten my bottom teeth. At first, the cost was $4500. I told the dentist that I didn’t want to do the procedure. A couple of months later, the price was down to $3200 at a cleaning appointment because they wanted me to have the best possible treatment. While seated in the chair, the office manager sat beside me and said not to worry about the money…and that I could make monthly payments. The dentist said she didn’t know if one of the bottom teeth would have to be removed. I had another appointment for a new crown a couple of weeks later, so I told the dentist we would discuss it then. At that appointment, the dentist said the tooth would have to be surgically removed. I said that I absolutely did not want to do that and didn’t want to get the other procedure. A few weeks later, I got a text and a bill in the mail saying that I needed to pay the $3200. I called and spoke to the manager, who said that I had intentionally not gotten the service because of the extraction that would be needed. She, the office manager, said that I didn’t need the extraction. I told her that I wasn’t going to get the service done regardless of her diagnosis. I’ve been to the office twice, called the office multiple times, and was told that the office manager would adjust my account. However, the texts and bills by mail keep coming. I left a voicemail when I got the latest bill the other day, and no response. When I tried to call the Sage Dental Corporate office, I was told each location handles its billing issues. I guess each location works on commission since they push so hard for services that aren’t necessary.

Do NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL
They put my mom on a payment plan AFTER she gave them her insurance card and credit card. The payment plan had a 37% rate. Then, they called my mom and told her not to go back to the office, because I complained to the State about what they had done. She paid for dentures, and they called her and told her not to come back. THEN, they wrote a letter saying that she refused service, which was a lie. I don't recommend this place. They treated my mom horribly. My mom is 87 years old. In my mind, they committed elder abuse. Again, I don't recommend going to this place!

I got the worst top dentures I've ever had. The assistant brought in my dentures they didn't fit she put some more pink stuff on them that was very hot and put in my mouth and made them fit they are very uncomfortable they still slip they're the worst dentures I have ever received from any dentist office. They have you sign that they are okay and whatever else they may you sign two things I guess saying that they are everything is good before they even put the dentures in your mouth which seems sort of strange to me I thought you always signed it after they were done I'm very unhappy and will never ever send anyone to sage dental. This place should be called "Thieves Dental" not Sage Dental. I recently had a consultation with them and they recommended a deep cleaning. They stated that they "contacted" my dentist insurance and it was going to be "fully covered". At the end they said "oh Sr I am sorry but you own us $550 today. I asked why and she said my insurance denied the payment. I called my insurance and the agent said that my next deep cleaning was going to be paid in August. Making the long story short please be caredul with these people. I will never go back or recommend anyone to go to this place. SO unprofessional!!! I asked to speak with the manager and she said:"oh Sr we arr really sorry that this happened. Next time we will make sure that is covered". What a joke!

If I could give this place Sage Dental in Kennesaw Ga (West Cobb) so called dr. Cheryl Snyder! What a ghetto acting dentist and assistant the way they treated me so very very very very very very very unprofessional I want to speak with someone over them! They have been nothing but unprofessional. number one persistent does not know how to talk to people very rude and talk down to people and I say this because I've heard her talk to customers with a nasty attitude so so I had told the worker in the CareSource program after I experienced talking with her sister that I didn't want to no longer have my mouth worked on by them and the work of lied to me and said that was the only dentist office that was up under the government program to do my then work, the assistant told me after they did the x-rays and thing okay we want to pull all your top teeth and put in a plate and I told her no I don't want to play I want to keep my top teeth so she said okay we'll just put crowns on your top teeth which is six teeth in the front left that has cavities a hole and two of them and a carry on the side of one and she said and that would be all your money so I said okay that's good and I say okay bye then my Medicare being kicked in and she said we don't accept Medicare and to make a long story short they was more signs not to do things so the worker taught me into letting them since they had sent the $5,000 and I told her I want to keep my teeth that I have left The ones at the top so she asked me to call them Bud instead she called them Long story short these people I'm leaving out some to make this shorter they left me with three cavities and the top of my mouth drill with my two front teeth down to nothing to put crowns on the crown broke I got in touch with him nobody called me so I let it go I like okay so the bottom crown started hurting that they put on one too and I called I didn't know that someone had got in touch with me cuz they called from her number that had no name when I went to the dentist they let me come in as a walk-in and the dentist hadn't made it there yet and I was I had already explained a lot of about the bottom too so when she came back in I was telling her the lady about the front two when it broke that no one had called me and I heard sound like a rockweller in the hallway saying I did call you and I text you so I had to turn around kind of in my seat cuz I had to bill bone and stuff I said I say well you know that when you get 55 all kinds of people are calling you so I didn't know you had called me and the dentist said real nasty growling in the hallway loudly oh well it's not my problem so I said I know you ain't talking to me nasty like that and then that time and then I asked him what kind of dentist are you to leave three bad teeth in my mouth and she said that the program would not approve for the crowns to be put in my mouth and I said Miss you could have filled those teeth they're holes in it they're not cavities and and she told them to get me out of her chair and then she called for her assistant to remove me out of the building or they'll call the police so I say I know going to wear you're not going to leave my mouth like this and the sister said have you sit down and don't say nothing what do I like what you telling me I can't explain to you what happened and I said it's not my job to kiss y'all butt for y'all to do your job so she said she call the police again so I was walking towards the first door and was closing it and I felt something grab it real hard and I look back and she said something smart and looked at me all nasty and I saw the nice lady and I said good morning and the assistant that helped the dentist and do the paperwork and come talk to you said no it's goodbye and I turned around look I said why you got to talk to people nasty like that so she went outside the door and held it open and she said leave before I call the police so I looked out and said call the police I'll be right here because I wanted to get the police I hadn't did anything wrong hadn't cuss them out or nothing hadn't threatened them or anything so I sit there and waited on the police The police they didn't ask you to leave and he was real nasty about it I said I want to stay here to see if they want if they called the police so I can get your name and things so when I call and make the complaint All I got to do is call the police station and ask them what officer came out there when they called the police on me and they would give me your name and that would be my evidence so he said okay you got your evidence now you can leave over and they told me earlier that they would sign a restriction for me never to come back there but why would I want to go back there to them these people are hard-hearted cold-blooded very disrespectful and never told me what they was going to do to my mouth I don't understand how they could treat a human being like that we all know that we're not everybody might know that cavities are bad for your health and am 63 yrs old

Me and 2 of my family members had switched to Sage Dental as it was closer for us. When I went, I've never had so many x rays that needed to be taken. I felt sick to my stomach because of the gag reflex and that plastic in my mouth so many times, very uncomfortable - and unnecessary in the MANY times I've had x rays taken. Sage then recommended a "deep cleaning." I later found out they recommended the same to my other family members. We visited on different dates and the cost was about $900 to us. Then, we could get regular maintenance. All of us go to the dentist regularly for cleaning, x rays, etc. and were experiencing no issues. They are scam artists who try to upsell everyone. I was one and done, when I requested my x rays, it took them a week just to email them. RUN, don't walk away from this place. A horrible experience from start to finish. It will be a good day in Dr. Phillips when their doors are closed for good.

I went to Sage Dental (Hypoluxo Rd) for a simple tooth extraction and I was quoted $300. After the procedure was finished I was handed an invoice for $865.00. When I asked what the extra $500 was for I was told I needed a bone graft. I did not give permission for this nor do I think I needed one. When I tried to explain this to the dentist that performed the procedure the next day she hung up on me. I believe this is a common practice at this clinic, especially with older patrons that they feel they can take advantage of. The reviews online at Yelp and BBB speak for themselves. This place is a sham. It is all about the upsell and doing in necessary work only for profit. I went to them 2 time and tgey said I needed 3 crowns. My previous dentist. Who retired said I needed none. I went to new dentist and he looked closely and they said I have great teeth and need nothing at this time.

Worst Customer Service EVER!Despite scheduling a month and a half out, due to needing a very specific time and day that I had approved with my employer and secured a ride, a week before my appointment, they try to change the appointment time with no phone call or reason. They just update the time and acted like that was acceptable. I am glad I was saved from going here and will make it a point to never go here.

My husband went for cleaning and x-rays after not having any done for a year. The dental hygienist that he worked with if you can call it that had him sitting there for 10 minutes not doing anything he asked her what was going on and she said I’m speaking to my mom on the phone. She did a very subpar job it wasn’t a cleaning no x-rays but didn’t qualify for anything no flossing She also didn’t give him any toothpaste toothbrush flossing like most dentist do she was f Finished in a matter of 15 minutes. my husband has a partial he asked where his partial was she turned around and got it out of the trash and proceeded to put it in his mouth when he stopped her and said that needs to be cleaned. This business is not even better business bureau accredited and if everybody knew that they would have no business the reviews are all terrible. Save yourself the agony and never go to a business that’s not better business bureau regulated. Also their dentist changed nonstop you can never get to the same person or the hygienist is never the same which is frustrating!

Sage Dental of Wellington: I started process for partial dentures September 2024. I received the wrong partials December 2024. I returned the partials. I have been trying to receive a refund for the wrong partials since December 2024. The office constantly makes up lies and excuses as to the status of my refund. The office has no intentions on refunding me even though it was a lab error. I have currently filed a grievance with my insurance. I am currently filing a complaint against them with the Florida board of dentistry and I am currently contacting an attorney to assist me with getting a refund. I did not want the suitation to go this far. However I do not have a choice because I feel that they have scammed me and the insurance company and instead of refunding me they choose to constantly lie and avoid the suitation.Sage Dental of Wellington is one of the worst Dental office to go to for any type of dental work. They are a complete scam and customers should be aware of their office.They will lie and tell you that you need certain procedures that you do not need.
