When you finish with the credits, they turn down your website, they could just not update the site, not turn down. disappointed.

Extremely Disappointed – Funds Withheld & Asked to Invest MoreI had a very concerning experience. I deposited $200 and only received $10 back. When I asked about the remaining $190, I was told that I need to invest an additional $1000 in order to receive my own money.This raised serious concerns for me. I do not believe customers should be required to deposit more money just to withdraw their existing balance.The process felt unclear and frustrating, and I did not receive transparent communication regarding these conditions beforehand.I strongly advise others to carefully review the terms and proceed with caution.I hope the company addresses this issue and provides a fair resolution.

Netlify – Very Disappointing ExperienceI had a frustrating experience using Netlify. While the platform markets itself as developer-friendly and easy to use, the reality did not match expectations.Unexpected billing charges and unclear pricing tiers were a major issue. Features that appeared included in one plan suddenly required upgrades, and the usage limits were not always transparent. When contacting support, responses were slow and often generic, without addressing the specific problem.In addition, account restrictions and sudden service limitations created unnecessary disruptions. For businesses relying on uptime and stability, this kind of unpredictability is unacceptable.The platform may work for small test projects, but for serious production environments, the hidden costs and inconsistent support make it difficult to trust long-term.Overall, I cannot recommend Netlify based on my experience.

they seem to have a strange billing…
they seem to have a strange billing practice, you pat don't receive credits, they apologize, issue you credit then try to explain that it's your bank's fault, seems very sus, I'd advise you look elsewhere

Netlify is a terrible vendor platform
Netlify is a terrible vendor platform. I moved my account to Netlify and my projects have been paused since I did. They charge you for everything except helping me sell my products. I wish I had remained with my previous vendor. Netlify is only about consuming credits for failed deployments it's ai agents cause. They keep telling me what they are unable to do.? I would not recommend this vendor to anyone who does not have a lot of money to waste trying to accomplish what Netlify advertised as something it does. So far I keep buying credits and it's agents keep consuming them for failing. Would not recommend using this vendor unless you do not mind be charged for nothing. Moving back to my previous provider as soon as I am able to get a refund.Extemely expensive for small upstart business. Do not Recommend.

Awful System
Can’t cancel the plan. Says “current add ons not supported in free plan” so i try to remove the add ons. There’s NO BUTTON to remove the add on. They have intentionally made it hard to cancel to keep users on the paid plan. Absolutely joke of a company.

Heavily overpriced - limited funtionalityFor a basic feature like WAF they want customer to force into an enterpricse plan - what is rediculous at appr 30.000 USD per year!!!WAF plus some advanced firewall settings are essential for any webapp. Hence stay away from them

Brilliant setup really something special.
Have a small website hosted on there for free. Only been a couple of weeks but it's been bullet proof and the back end is so easy to work with. Very surprised to see some bad reviews here. I have hosted sites for 25 years and this is the most content I have been with a hosting company.

I've used Netlify to host some small personal projects in the past. Shortly before the time of this writing, I'd considered using Netlify for its custom domain services. The process of getting a custom domain was quick and painless. Additionally, it is a great feeling knowing I can use a Github repository to update my website.Thank you so much Netlify!

netlify doesn't care about their users
The platform doesn't care about their users. I've created an account, and it got suspended right after the creation. I then went to check the forums, and I was surprised to see tens of threads having the same issue. The most common response to this issue was always along the lines of: "If you want to host your site, you're better of going with another hosting" or "it doesnt hurt them to suspend an account of someone they dont think will transfer to a paying user". This was my 5 minute experience, and it was all i needed to never reccommend the service. The way to get your account unsuspended is to either1) verify with stripe, which let me remind you, is for a FREE service.or 2) send them an appeal ticket.Now, what do they do with these appeal tickets? They (their AI, most likely) closes it in an instant. There is absolutely no chance a human could read it in the time span between i sent it and when it got closed.

Data thieves - they expect you to provide ID scans just to get a free account
Update:Yeah, they claim my account was fraudulent, without even speaking to me, and with absolutely no basis in fact. Pathetic, cowardly, stupid little company. I hope they fail miserably.-------------------------------------------------------------Original review:Cannot even create a free account, without providing identification data to some 3rd party payment provider. This is extremely fishy, irresponsible, and evil requirement.
