The company wont respond to emails
I have ordered from legend Hobby several times and have received my stuff in a timely manner. Better yet with "Thank You" gifts like hats, socks, candy. But now that I sent in an engine for repair I have not heard from them in 9 WEEKS no replays to my email or voice mail about the status of the repair. I even reached out thru facebook but nothing. I guess from this point, I'm at their mercy. I might have chalked it up to the holidays and people being on vacation but not answering emails and phone calls for 9 WEEKS come on please... and another thing is they have my money for a pre-ordered on another product! I'll have to wait and see about that. Legend Hobby your customer service is appalling .
