I have been trying to get help about the fact that I am unable to use the app that I paid for, it tells me that I am using the free version. This is at least the 10th time that I have tried to get someone to help me. I am unable to use the app, I doubt that this will work either, you grab people's money, but don't care if they are getting the service that they paid for. I don't know what to do anymore about it, there is no help. I would never recommend your company to anyone. I have been cheated.

I'd like to see hints on the phonetics of word when the words are introduced. I sometimes see that are practice feedback. That's late.

Love it. The fact that the exercises can be corrected by native speakers is awesome. Since i use Busu, i enjoy to learn Deutsch.

You can make real progress if you are consistent
I managed to be able to speak Spanish only from learning on Busuu app for 2 years. I reached a B1 level which is great considering that you learn only from an app and without a teacher.

My experience with Busuu has been positive
My experience with Busuu has been nothing short of satisfactory. I think the curriculum (Arabic) is set up just right for first-timers and offers a lot of peer support, which was something I greatly appreciated from the developers. I had a recent issue upgrading my account to Premium Plus after payment, and the Busuu support team (Julia) helped solve the problem in under two working days.

Flawed course with AI sotware issues
I have purchased this course to learn French. I would not recommend it to anyone because it is flawed. The course teaches in gradual lessons and you are supposed to improve by reviewing the lessons as you in order to fix the lesson in your memory. I have found that the review lesson contains subject matter and conjugations which you have not yet been taught. consequently, you cannot improve your score on review and therefore do not know if you are improving. Very, very frustrating. Do not buy.

Lessons are pretty good but the subscription has a ton of technical issues. Especially in syncing with the App Store. Had a 7 day free trial but still found things blocked behind a paywall of the plan that I was apparently on “trial” for. If I’m not on trial for that plan then just.. don’t claim I am. Second, no way to change plan once the trial started. Did the 7 day trail for a year but then decided I wanted the upgraded premium plan (monthly) but it wouldn’t let me swap without canceling my trial (which would charge me for the year). So I changed from the trail to that plan in the Apple App Store but it never updated in the app. Even logged out and back in and it would never sync. Finally just gave up and deleted the account and made a new one.Also - not every one wants to do community peer reviews. If I don’t want that in my lesson let me turn that off. I just have to write “X” each time since I can’t disable it. I’m not interested in that function. You can’t force users to use it. Make it easy to disable or watch users switch to another app that allows them to avoid it.

Be aware.
Be aware, this company has utterly scummy policies surrounding subscriptions. If you forget to cancel, even if you've not used your account in a long time, they will not refund you willingly. Support is not at all empathetic or understanding, they are completely inflexible. Enjoy the chargeback!
