Should have called last year!
I have been with an insurance company for 3 years for my business . Every year it’s went up $120+ . I called to get a quote and ended up talking to Nick F. He was great and got me a quote that was $500 cheaper than I’ve been paying with a local insurance agent . I’m in shock but so happy I got to talk to him and help me .

I've been going through a lot and I was in a very emotional state. Your agent was amazing. I was laughing by the end of the conversation. I couldn't wait to pay that bill. An absolute pleasure to work with.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Scam artist. I had a galaxy s20 ultra that wouldn't charge fast. They said it was unrepairable and would not replace it. After my deductible, I got $176 back. Wtf am I suppose to do with that? I could've gotten $800 trade in value from my carrier but they refused to return my phone. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

Spoke with the best representative
I called in today to simple get a certificate of insurance. And let me tell you when I spoke with Allison brinkerhoff it was probably one of the best interactions I have had on the phone with any company. Shes caring, shes attentive, and most of all she handled everything and sent it neatly in an email. You truly have an awesome person meeting your customers.
