Driver just cancelled trip and drove off.
Booked taxi to arrive outside Aldi, where there are parking bays. Driver arrived within 5 to 10 minutes, pulled into the bay and within seconds just drove off and cancelled the ride. I called customer services who took ages getting me through their security questions and did absolutely nothing to help. Won't be using them again.

Please, take the prices down.
The quick availability of drivers and the simplicity of the whole process are much appreciated.But, we should have the possibility to add a picture of the spot we are waiting at in the chat with the driver, in order to help him find us quickly.And, you should definitely take the prices down as trips are too often way too expensive for the distances done.

I liked that your prices were a little…
