AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
My experience with Boehringer has been nothing but positive? I have had occasion to speak to them once last year (2025) and again today (3/3/26) in seeking for me, important medication called Mirapexin Pramipexole which is extremely important for a condition I have called Restless Legs Syndrome, without these meds I cannot sleep at all, so when my chemist told me they where having difficulty getting hold of this drug, I decided again to speak to the customer services team at Boehringer, on this occasion I spoke to Adele who’s customer service skills where second to none, she promised to call me back when she had the answer, she called me back 30 mins later with the good news that stock availability was back to normal and my pharmacy should have no problem in getting my meds for me…. So for me Boehringer where fabulous (especially Adele) so thanks to everyone concerned who got my positive answer for me ❤️

This review is on the Nexgard tickpill from Boehringer Ingelheim animal health. I gave a Nexgard tick pill to my 7 yr old black lab and not an hour and half later he was having a seizure. My dog never had a seizure until he was put on that Horrible Nexgard tick pill. After seeing my dog going through that seizure I sword I would never use Nexgard or any other tick products like it again & I won't I Love My Dog Too Much to use that Nexgard tick pill or anything like it..

After I used them for 3 years
After I used them for 3 years, they won't pay for my dogs heartworm treatment. They won't get another penny from me regardless of them making vaccines and pet meds! Stupid company is not worth losing my best friend over!

Extremely rude customer service
This review is concerning their frontline staff . Extremely rude , will talk over you and hang up if you ring with any concerns , I won't ever buy this product again thanks to a member of their staffs attitude and the fact she hung up on me , disgusting treatment , your better buying elsewhere as the last product I bought of this didn't even work on any of my 3 dogs . I wouldn't even use this product if it was free since being treated the way I was but as with all big companies they don't give a damn

Allergic reaction to Frontline
I bought this company's flea treatment drops called Frontline. It did not kill the fleas and caused my cat to have eczama on the back of its neck. My cat has been receiving treatment for 2 months. I contacted them but they said they could not refund me. They did not offer a solution.
