Shocking service
An interesting contrast between the four reviews here so far. In my experience the cars may be okay, but the service is awful, non-existent.

Absolutely horrible after sale…
Absolutely horrible after sale experience. 2 days after agreed delivery date, there was no sign of the car. When i called and asked when is it gonna be delivered they keep postponing and when i told them i need the car to work and i need to make money for living they told me we can cancel and i been asked 3 times to apologies. If they wont deliver tomorrow i will report them for fraud and update this review.Hope this will help someone to avoid them

Terrible After Sales Service
Car was delivered in the dark so unable to check the car over. The following day in the light a thorough check was carried out and there were a number of issues that needed attention. These included minor bodywork imperfections which had been agreed to be fixed before delivery and were promised to be dealt with afterwards. A new radio which included a reversing camera was installed by their car electrician which has subsequently been checked by a garage and independent electrician where numerous installation errors were fixed at an extra cost to ourselves.Incorrectly wired to power unitsWrong fusesBurnt out wiring These have been bought to the attention of West London Motors but totally ignored. Numerous emails and phone calls have been totally ignored.

Absolutely excellent service from West London Motors. Can't thank them enough for good communication, liaising with the finance company I chose and going above and beyond to deliver my car. Thank you!
