If I could vote zero stars I would. The most rancid company I have ever dealt with who prey on those seeking help with their confidence and regaining a head of hair.They’re pushy, impatient and really want you to put that deposit down. Be please, please don’t. I placed a deposit down, but upon doing further research I retracted the decision to go through with this company and requested a refund.I was told I would have it, but after multiple requests of phone calls or email confirmation I then challenged the payment with my bank and had the money back. But this parasite of a company dismissed these claims that the deposit was ever refundable so I’m now £250 out of pocket for a procedure that I decided against a mere 4 hours later.They’re disgusting charlatans and should never ever be trusted. Stay far, far away from this company.
