Ordered two records on January 13

Ordered two records on January 13, received one of them,but never saw hide or hair of the other one. Tried contacting them through email,but it seems they are set up to ignore messages,never have heard back and the website isn't any help at all. Very bad customer service, literally no customer service,they just take your money and then ignore you. It's a shame,because they have a lot of stuff I would like to have. Very hesitant to order from this company again. My advice if you do,don't order multiple records at a time,you may not get them all

ordered several 100 dollars worth of…

ordered several 100 dollars worth of records. they shipped right away. one item was missing. i went to there website and it said it was still in preorder so i just assumed it would come later. the ship date on the website was 2/21/2026 never received. went back today to see what was going one was told since it was over 30 days since the shipment was sent they could do nothing for me . do not do business with this company poor serves and they rip you off

Terrible CS experience.

I was excited to order some reissues from them, never having heard of the company before. I placed the order using the SHOP app and later realized I had never updated the credit card there, and it was an old, expired card. I placed the order again using the correct card, and immediately emailed them to discuss cancelling the first order. They told me "we can't do that" even though they could see that i had 2 exact same orders. Great customer service. And now that I'm angry about it, I'm seeing so many bad reviews. I guess it's my fault for not doing some research before giving them my money. I won't make that mistake again. I would advise you to not give them your business.

I ordered an album On January 3rd it was supposed to come on February 14th. They keep telling me that they've been having trouble with the manufacturers. They will let me know when it's ready to ship. Smdh

I have made a lot of purchases from…

I have made a lot of purchases from them over the last year. When I reviewed a warped album (Sadly it happens no matter where you buy from). They took care of me immediately. They were very responsive and solved my issue. My biggest complaint would be a somewhat limited selection. I am hopeful this will continue to improve.

Avoid at all costs - asking for a headache

Placed an order for Christmas gifts in mid-November. Followed up with them weekly to find out if items were shipped and was reassured that they were coming soon. After one month (!) was advised that items are out of stock and that my order would be refunded. Amazingly, I was refunded less than I paid because of currency conversion fluctuations. A terrible experience from a horribly managed organization. How is this business affiliated with a company the size of Universal?!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Pre-ordered two items in advance of release and one month later after the release, the shipping date for both items is still being pushed back despite all other retail music outlets stocking them. After many, many, many attempts to cancel my orders and get refunded, no communication on their end has been given back. Now I will be getting my credit card company involved to get my money back since they are unable to fill my order. As an added note, one of my items in the order shows "sold out". This company is horrible. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague!!! EDIT: A couple of hours after posting this review, an email came through to me out of nowhere indicating my refund request has been processed. lol

I ordered the new Johnny Cash album and…

I ordered the new Johnny Cash album and paid for it. I received a notification that it was delivered. I did not receive the item. I notified UDiscover and their response was, it was delivered. I emailed back that I did not receive the album. They then asked me to file a claim with the carrier and since I was given a picture of the porch where the album was delivered to go around my neighborhood to see if I can find the house where it was delivered and, I guess, to retrieve my album. I asked in 4 different emails with customer service to have them resend the album. They continued to tell me to file a claim with the carrier. I reversed charges. Very sad customer service. The relationship is I pay for goods, they deliver the goods. When they don’t they should make it right. In this case they asked me, on 3 different emails to go do their job. That is not my job. Most online retailers quickly fix the mistake, not UDiscover. Good luck if they do not deliver your product. The customer service reps only have one response and that is to go figure it out for yourself.

Shipping date kept getting pushed back

I preordered the 40th anniversary edition of Def Leppard’s Pyromania album back in February. The product was released in April. On the release date it didn’t ship. I checked the order status for several days and the anticipated shipping date kept getting moved back on the calendar. Now we’re at the end of May and the ship date has been pushed into June. I emailed the company to cancel the order.I give the company two stars because their replies to my emails, even on weekends, was always very fast and professional. When I canceled the order the refund was issued within about 15 minutes of my request. So I give the company credit for prompt, friendly and professional customer service. But in terms of getting your actual order to you, they’ve got some work to do.I will not deal with this company again.

Album came bent in half

Album came bent in half. Asked for a refund. They sent me to a third party to get it. Resent all the info and pictures to them and they said no refund. The album came bent in half!!! They said they couldn't refund it. This is a scam website that I wish I had looked at previous reviews. Do not waste your money

Do not order from u Discover Music Canada

I ordered two exclusive records. It was shipped out but some how it ended up in the states due to the wrong address (somehow and someone changed it). After waiting about a week of waiting it was sent back to the warehouse. From my understanding they were just gonna ship it out and then I received an email that one of them is out of stock. Which makes no sense since I originally ordered two and they were sent. It is so hard to get ahold of anyone, you’re constantly playing email tag and you have a group of people responding to one email so it’s pretty confusing instead of one person. I’m not even sure what hours they work cause I get emails at all times. They seemed to respond fairly quickly when I was having issues tracking it down. Since now there is issues and refunds involved they aren’t so quick to respond.

First and Last Time Doing Business with UDiscover

This was my first time doing business with UDiscover Music, and it will be my last. I preordered a record a month ago and on the day of it's release, I received an email stating that the order could not be fulfilled and that I'd be getting my money back in 3-10 business days. When I contacted customer service about this issue, the answer I received was, "All the items that we have available for purchase are currently listed in the store. If an item you are inquiring about is not listed, it means that we no longer have it for sale. We're sorry for the inconvenience." In no way was that an adequate answer to my inquiry. There is no point to being able to preorder an album when they can just cancel the order on the date of release. This company is a joke.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, really don't care about customer once they have ure money. Avoid. Ordered wrong item, realised immediately and emailed. Response within less than 5 minutes to say it couldn't be cancelled as shipped already. Complete lies. I got shipping notification email 4 hours later. Customer services simply ignored my emailsTerrible company

After 4 Months of Waiting - Order Cancelled

I placed an order on October 25th, 2023 for an album by Víkingur Ólafsson, "Goldberg Variations - LP w/ Signed Lithograph". I then waited patiently with no delivery month after month. I reached out several times asking for an update with a constant answer of "Production Delay". Then, in mid February 2024 I noticed the product no longer available on their website. I emailed in and receive a "let me look into this further" with no response for two further weeks. Well, I finally have my answer on February 29th, 2024, "Unfortunately, we are now out of stock of the following items in your order. Because of this, we've provided you with the appropriate refund." I waited from October 25th, 2023 to February 29th 2024 with No Delivery. Buyers Beware. Stay Clear.

uDiscoveryMusic are the worst

I placed an order and after a week of no change in status or communication that order was changed to UNFUFILLED. And no other info was made available.So I contacted them, at first to ask what that means. No response. I ahve sent four more messages and gotten no response. I spent $400 on LPs from them. This was a gift. As I am disabled and on disability and this was supposed to be something to cheer me up. Now I get the feeling the money is gone, the records will not appear and I have just been scammed.Do not use uDIscoverMusic. Buy anywhere else but there. They may be the largest but clearly they are the worst. Because I ordered from three other sites at the same time and all three have not only delivered but they have been friendly and even given me bonuses with my orders.UDiscoverMusic contracts out to a third party to do customer service and clearly they suck massively too.STAY AWAY!

Absolutely the worst company that I've…

Absolutely the worst company that I've ever bought vinyl records from in my entire life. Not only they sent me the wrong records and charged me wrongly for taxes, they also have the worst customer service that I've ever encountered that you will wait weeks for receiving any answer from. It's literally impossible to provide worse level service to your customer, unless you are a scammer that never sends out his records... but frankly if I never received my order here, I'd open PP claim so I'd get my money back, so I think this would have turned out for me better. Anyway - I got wrong color records for which I overpaid to have them shipped from overseas, as the normal blacks are readily available in my area for 1/3 of the price I paid here. I had waited months for them to ship it due to delays. After figuring out I got the wrong ones, I decided to let them know, and here starts the craze - THEY WON'T SEND ME THE PROPER ONES BECAUSE THEY HAVE SHIPPED THEM MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AGO AND I CANNOT APPLY FOR ANY RETURN. LITERALLY MONTHS OF DELAYS TO HAVE THIS SHIPPED IN THE FIRST PLACE AND THEY TELL ME THEY SHIPPED IT OVER 2 MONTHS AGO WHILE THE SHIPPING ALONE LASTED MORE THAN THIS DUE TO CUSTOMS. I feel scammed, buyers beware of purchasing from them - for international buyers, if you receive your records damaged or incorrect, you can only dream of returning them in case there is something wrong. This is my first review on trustpilot ever so this says a lot about my dissatisfaction about their service. Even if they were the only place on earth to buy some records of my grail's list for a fair price, I would never do it again.

Do not order from this company as they provide no contact after order, no update. It’s been months since I ordered vinyl from them and I’m accepting the fact that I’ve been scammed

Just like Funko Pops….

I got my stuff finally, so I am updating the review! Packaging pretty good actually so that’s a plus. But otherwise….Yup, same as everybody else here. Sucks. Their website is full of awesome cool stuff at decent prices, who in their right mind thinks they have any of this stuff in stock? Easy to get sucked in. They charge your card as soon as you place the order, then they go find your stuff “eventually”. No communication, and delivery dates are all computer generated, when you click on your order, it just adds a week! Bricks and Mortar or die. F@&k these guys. Just like Funko Popsonline….
