We worked with Trouba to design a custom home based on a mix of their existing concepts. They were thoroughly collaborative throughout the process and supported us all the way through to city approvals. We especially appreciate their attentiveness in offering ideas and solutions, ingenuity to guide us in making the most of our floorplan, and creativity in enhancing the design aesthetic. We worked with Truoba to design a custom home for our property in Washington state. Ignas and team have done a phenomenal on the home design. We received our final plans have started working with an engineer and local government. The engineer had some minor feedback that we plan to have Truoba address. So far working with Truoba has been a seamless process. I will continue to update this review as we move through the home building process.

Above and beyond expectations
My reason for choosing to work with Truoba was how impressed I was with how strongly all of the on line reviews stressed how responsive Ingas was.My experience pushed the envelope of the required responsiveness needed to get our project done.Our project started as a "modify the 615 to conform with ADU zoning requirements". It soon became clear that would not be possible and we switched to a full custom design. Issues of zoning still emerged but Ingas and Viada who joined the team stayed incredibly responsive to both zoning requirements and my dream of creating a 900 sq ft ADU with the look and feel of the 5400 sq ft home we are downsizing from.I now am moving forward to construction with a solid set of build drawings and specifications knowing I made the best possible choice working wth Truoba.

Truoba is unique in architectural design, when my wife and I were looking for house plans to build our home, we wanted something that provides contemporary design with a combination of the traditional elements of Mediterranean architecture and nothing came close to this design from Truoba. We made some requests for modifications to fit our vision and Ignas and Vaida were very responsive and worked efficiently to get us the changes we wanted. We were very pleased with the results and they even provided us renderings of our final design. The plan/construction package is very detailed and organized, it will make building very easy.
