We had the same experience as everyone else, having purchased tickets for a concert back in November 18. We contacted our bank and even though we paid by debit card, we successfully got our money back by a chargeback. We were advised by Visa that we had 120 days from the date of the concert to file a claim with them. We had to send a copy of the order to Ticketselection and then provide copies of the correspondence to Ticketselection ,but the bank then did the rest. Ticketselection then have to demonstrate to Visa that they have provided the tickets which clearly they can't and subsequently Visa chargeback the amount paid as you did not receive the goods and you get your money back.

FRAUDSTERS - TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Similarly to other victims of these fraudsters (there's no other way todescribe them polite and accurately), this is what happened:1. Bought a ticket (£73.58).2. Requested an update on its dispatch.3. Reply saying it would be dispatched around 72 hours prior to the concert (dispatch that never happened)4. The day before the event I emailed them again and got a reply saying they were looking into it.5. Day of the concert: No ticket, no concert, no refund6. Emailed them once again and got a reply saying it had been escalated to a supervisor.7. Asked for an update on this.8. As of now (more than 3 weeks after the no-concert):No ticket, no concert, no refund and no communication.Should anyone be (or have been) in the same situation, could you please advise on how to report this to have them put in a blacklist and prevent them from further delinquency?

Ripped off by this company.Back in March 2017 I purchased two tickets for Little Mix Echo Arena 1st November at a cost of £320.Had numerous emails from them to tell me not to worry and the tickets will be delivered in time for the concert. 1 hour and 30 mins before the concert they email me to say sorry no tickets . My daughter was devastated. Having traveled by air to Liverpool and hotel acomodation it was a complete waste . My daughter was in tears because of this company,Don’t get Ripped Off like me . Don’t think you’ll get your tickets because you won’t , just a load of emails full of promises.

Awful Fraudsters.Contactied Barclay Card and Police today as it appears they con everyone out of their money.They have had my money for Mickey Flanagan tickets since last December and email me the evening before to say they never did have my tickets!!!Yet I had seat no's.All a big con.Also have sent a report to Watchdog!!Avoid this Company they lie and rip you off!!Still waiting for a refund!!So now my Credit Card Company are taking over and all details are now with a fraud team!!

Brought tickets for a concert 6 months ago and the concert is tomorrow wnd yet I have no tickets. Paid £90 each ticket, brought 2 tickets. Stay away!!!!
