Setting up payment processing is confusing and tense.
As the owner of a new small business, I'm working to set up lots of systems that are crucial. Just when I was about to lose hope to find the right credit card processor, he came in and helped me all the way through.I gave John one of the most difficult issues to resolve: finding a cheap processor willing to accept a startup kratom extract business. He took the challenge and killed it. He’s extremely responsive, answered all of my countless questions, and was always available no matter what time or day it was. As a new small business owner 4 years…
As a new small business owner 4 years ago I wasn't fully aware of Gateway's and Processors. Our business was even more complex as tobacco accessories are regulated as a high risk vendor. I was so fortunate to find John Steven's at TaskerPayments. He took time to educate me and got our business up and running immediately. Through out these 4 years if anything disconnected our business from our Processor or Gateway John was there to help. Day, Night, weekends he has been so kind to help. If you are running an ecommerce business you can understand that banking hours has no meaning. If I ever have questions even after all this time his response time is still amazing. There is no question on the terms he gets for you and your business. Few in my years of running a small business have earned my trust as has John. No joke. Our business has been solicited by fraudulent or at least questionable offers to replace our Processor or Gateway. Prompt, Fair and Honest.
I contacted Tasker Payment Gateways this morning with questions about setting up a high-risk merchant account and payment gateway. John Stevenson called me back within a couple of hours. Even though they were not able to assist me with setting things up, because I operate out of Canada, he and Matt took the time to look at my case and ultimately refer me to a company in Canada that will be able to help me. All within the span of one workday. Five star service. Refreshingly honest, swift and no beating around the bush. Definitely recommend!
