4 great phones over 5 year period
Have bought 4 phone over the last 5 years and have not had a single poor experience. All the phones purchased were as advertised and worked beautifully.

Got tired of ebay
Got tired of ebay, seller told me the phone wasnt good condition (i purchased a new). So to cancel. This was after 3 days passed and i had to ask why it wasnt shipped yet. Bought a phone on swappa 10 mins later. So wed night. Phone arrived fri afternoon free via fedex. Phone was listed as mint. And it was. I took a 10x loop and not a scratch. Was a s21 ultra so 5 years old. And was mint. Works great. The seller was GmDeals out of california. I recommend 100% awesome, trustworthy, and honest. A+++++

so your not doing nothing about my phone all you did was take the person off swappa but i'm still stuck with a phone i can't unlocked but you didn't check the phone was paid off so that how help customers

Secondhand is the way to go if you've got Swappa!
Swappa's the only site that has the information I need to engage in the risk of buying secondhand. I've never been disappointed over the years buying iPhones, iPads and Macbooks as well as a keyboard folio and apple pencil! On the product page, I found especially helpful the information about buying secondhand that helped me weigh my risks and feel like I was making a solid choice.

Wow, What a Find!!
I'm so grateful to my friend who recommended Swappa! It is the perfect site for someone like me. I do not need the absolute latest tech, but I do want the greatest tech that does everything I need it to do. What a boon to be able to get just what I need at a savings of several hundreds of dollars simply because it's "so yesterday." I expect all of my future tech purchases will be Swappa deals!

Company that innovated online tech shopping.
This company built a platform that takes the customer buying/selling experience to a whole other level. They have their main focus on phones and a handful of other tech items that are very well known and easy to recognize. With this focus they have brought an easy to understand user interface with selling policies to match, for worry free listing and purchasing. The consumer can tell at a quick look that these are the products they want. Places like ebay and amazon can be hard to navigate and snag the good deals Swappa just hands them to you on a silver platter. They make the whole experience from start to finish just easier and better in everyway all while giving you confidence that if anything goes wrong they will help you out.

Only used phone places I buy from
I always get phones from here! I have with them going on 7 years. I only buy my refurbished phones from them. Never had a bad experience! They have great mint conditions phones that look new! I have purchased now my 3rd iPhone.
