I had difficulty with impressions, I purchased more of the impression making material and made multiple attempts, skipped the video call option and would rather see a dentist in person, my time is valuable to me. You get what you pay for. After reading further reviews, I changed my mind, I’m going with Invisalign!!! BRETT Arndt becomes unresponsive when you ask for a refund, I’ve asked 5 times and he keeps giving me options and run arounds which I don’t like. How can I trust a Business that doesn’t follow policies????? Beware!!!!! Had to file a dispute with my financial institution, thanks but no thanks…It’s all about principle

Great Customer Service
The experience with Smileie was great because they stood behind their guarantee. Their molds didn't work for me unfortunately, and they were very generous to send extra molds for the small fee, and after several tries when I couldn't get useable molds (probably my own fault) they promptly refunded my money minus a small fee for the products. I recommend them for customer service!

Four Rounds of Treatment, No Results
I deeply regret purchasing aligners from this company. I went through four separate rounds of treatment, including refinements, and none of them delivered the results shown in the digital simulations I was asked to approve.Each time, I followed instructions, wore the aligners as directed, and provided photos when requested. Despite that, the aligners were often loose, ineffective, and failed to close my gaps — which was the main reason I started treatment. With the most recent set, multiple steps were loose, and my teeth actually appear more spaced rather than improved.What made this experience more frustrating was the constant back-and-forth of photos and projections with no real resolution. After four failed attempts, I was told there is no refund due to their policy, despite the treatment not working as promised.This process was exhausting, expensive, and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.UPDATE: After posting this review, Brett Arndt continued contacting me multiple times requesting that I delete or change it. A refund was later issued for the second payment I made (refinement fee) only, not the full amount paid for the overall treatment. While I acknowledge the partial refund, it does not change the final outcome or my overall experience.

Extremely difficult to get the impressions right. It took months. We were Extremely agitated . After months, we got approved. Now, it has been 5 weeks since they received the molds and no liner yet. I do not recommend
