Renting a 12 passenger van from Seven Car Rental for our recent family event was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thanks Francis for all your support and help. The process was incredibly smooth, and we were really impressed with the vehicle. We received a clean and well-maintained van, which was a huge relief. It was spacious enough for our family and friends, plus all our luggage, and the ride was comfortable for our long drive. The van was in great working condition, and we appreciated how efficiently they prepped it for us. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The young man who helped us was particularly great—he was quick, efficient, and took the time to go over all the details of the rental, taking photos of the vehicle's condition to ensure everything was documented. They made us feel very welcome and valued. The pickup was quick and painless, and the drop-off was just as efficient. We were very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend Seven Car Rental to anyone looking for a reliable van rental or other affordable car . I reserved a car to be pick up from BC airport from Budget Car Rental, got a confirmation email with confirmation # . when I was at Budget desk , I've been told that I have reservation but higher amount with same confirmation#. Imagine they use the same confirmation# that Budget provides. also pick up confirmed to be at the airport and 7UPCARRENTAL.COM has no location at the airport , when I've called them the guy was like " we are just 10 min driving away from the airport " ,, today I found their phone # 925 445 0144 that I've contacted them by is long distance.. HOW COME they have location in Vancouver but their phone# is long distance

HORRIBLE experience
HORRIBLE experience. I arrived at the airport realizing I have no way to call these people. Instead you have to send a text message. Someone did respond just ok. They then called me only to tell me that this location was closed because of no internet service and no one was coming for me. He also told me that this location is closed a lot because of this. I had to switch to another rental agency at the last minute because I was stuck at the airport with my family. I wish I would’ve seen the actual reviews before I rented there

I wish I could of give them -0 feed back.dont trust them, lie to your face. Very bad customer service, hidden charges... No wonder the place was empty with out customer. I been renting car for past 40 years and I never had such horrible experience asking for things that no other car rental asking. $75.00 a day extra for insurance. Is a joke. They have few names to confus the customer. "Yours rent a car" "seven auto rent a car" and few other I should of read the reviews before I booked. -0- start for them.

There are plenty of negative reviews already, so mine will not add much to the picture. I only want to add that these guys are never in the office whether you are picking up or dropping off a car. Their cars are old filthy clunkers with a lot of miles. If you can - stay away from them and rent from a reputable place.

Don't rent any cars from this place!!! This place is a SCAM! It will ruin your first day of trip in Florida as it did for me. First off, the company surprised me with extra cost. The deposit 500$ is now still being held for the past 10 or 11 days which the company promised to release within 2-10 business days.

Was very disappointed. Price looked so good, but they tacked on extra "insurance coverage" even though we have good coverage. Ended up having to pay another $500. The location is a sketchy trailer with a lot of dirt (not great with suitcases and kids) and the desk is often not staffed, so we were almost late for our flight. This was not a good experience and a rip off

I have had the most horrible experience! They charged me an extra $300 for the rental and another $200 deposit on top of the rental charge. The worst part was when the rotors began to grind on the rental! We were so scared. Plus we had to cut our activities short to get the car back to them. All they cared about was gas and if we didn't pay, they threatened my deposit. They then gave me another car of lower quality (no navigation screen). Then when I asked for a receipt, they told me to wait 2 weeks. Now they won't answer my calls or texts! Do Not Rent Here! I have never been treated so badly. I tried being nice but it didn't help. They just don't care!

Would rate 0 stars if it was an option. I reserved a car to pick up in Orlando and drop off in Tampa. Arrived to get the car and was told I can't drop in Tampa. When i asked why the reservation worked he just said Tampa is closed and they are cancelling my reservation. I was charged a deposit when I booked (have the credit card statement) and he told me "no you weren't." Still trying to get that deposit back.This was on the phone as well because he was not even there when I arrived. My first warning sign should have been the dirty, hole-in-the-wall trailer this place uses as a "rental office". Terrible company, terrible service.Don't use this rental company. Pay more for the reputable ones. I've learned my lesson the hard way.

HORRIBLE, NIGHTMARE, Stay away, they cancel my reservation for no show at 9h but it's totally false because my reservation was for 10h. They refused to help me even I had a email and text that confirm my reservation at 10h and they continued to lie.

We rented a car with OtoQ and won't return deposit
We rented a car with OtoQ or Seven auto rental company in June and was charged for a daily toll cost and a $300. deposit. We did not know about these charges until we got to the counter. We were told the $300. deposit fee would be returned within a week of our returning the car. I've called 4 times about them not returning my deposit and was told they would return it right away and send me an email of confirmation, I've been waiting a month and a half for the returned deposit and email. I will never again use this rental company. That's shady business! Do what you say you're going to do!

They are scam. There is a reason that this company is giving rental for so cheap because they want to give trouble to customer at the time of pickup by upselling their insurance policy and toll package

We arrived July 2nd returned the car July 5th and our balance went from $38 to $800. A 500 deposit that I still have not been refunded and the car was dirty and smelly . Then they had the nerve to complain we sprayed air freshener to deal with it . Never answered to switch it out just terrible

I came to Orlando to go on a family trip myself and three children. My car reservation went from $62.00 to $700.00 I was told I would get my money back and it was a deposit. I still haven't received my money back yet a week later. I definitely would not recommend this place. It wasn't even a luxury car for the price I was charged and who has 3000.000 worth of insurance that's extremely ridiculous.

I had booked a car rental for a week with seven auto, through economy bookings.com.They had no mention of requirement of an initial $300 Insurance on top of the contract amount of $187 for the week. They tried charging me crazy insurance Price even though I have my own insurance policy.They wouldn't let me rent in the car as I refuse to accept the additional charges as there was nowhere stating that was requirement on either the Connie bookings website or seven Auto website. They are a horrible horrible scam company run far away don't be fooled like myself and so many others were. I was able to go to Avis back at the airport with my two young children and get a car there no problem and they accepted my own insurance policy. Economy bookings is just as bad, as they will not offer me a refund as they state conditions are laid out in the contrac i signed. I read through fine line that contract and nowhere does it say there would be an additional for insurance they are a scam company as well.
