We were able to find a wonderful dogsitter with ease thanks to this app. Communication was great and we plan to use this app again when we need someone to help out with our pet. We travel a lot and were very satisfied with our experience.
Very easy to understand and use
This was my first time using Rover, and I am very happy and pleased with the care my Gladys (my cat) received. The app is very easy to use. Was able to search through several service providers available and made my choice. Fatima, responded quickly l, and was happy to care for Gladys. While caring for Gladys, she updated me daily how she was doing with pictures too. Loved the personal care provided. I will definitely use Rover again.
She did a wonderful job of taking care of my kitty, sensitive and thoughtful. Brenda was able to incorporate an extra day when it was needed. She also cleaned the box and took care of the water. I truly appreciated her willingness to be relied on and be available. Such a relief to my mind knowing she was reliable and took such good care of my boy.

Really great communication, photos, and videos each day. You know when the sitter starts then finishes. The person I used did a great job with my kitty.
I found that Cara was simply the best ever. Our dog Heidi fell in love with her. And the warmth of her home and surroundings was overwhelming for myself, and Heidi agrees ; it is so refreshing to meet a beautiful soul dog and cat whisperer person if I can use that term. She’s so incredibly sweet and kind caring young lady whom loves her job ; she actually sent a couple of pictures of Heidi while we went to a concert 🎶She will be first on our list if Heidi needs a little break from her parents Thanks again Cara

I have been using Rover now for 3 years.I find the website user friendly & easy to navigate. My cat sitter is Gillian. She is friendly, dependable, trustworthy and always responds to my texts quickly. Rover is a fantastic company.
This could be a long story but……We left our Boo for 5 hours in good faith. We called to pick her early she said she was out to lunch and would be back 30 minutes. She did come right back and we got Boo. She had a couple of dogs thereWas Boo okay with being there without a human thereShe only had a couple of dogs but when we got back there many more dogs. We were very angry about that. She she got back she knew we were unhappy but tipped her and left. We did not notify Rover so now you know. We put an angry review of her. She wrote after that and lied about every point.
Rover makes finding a trusted and reliable pet sitter for our Chihuahua so easy and painless. The reviews, the payment methods, the ability to send and receive messages with sitters, the Rover phone numbers provided for pet owners and sitters to contact each other with - everything is very well thought-out and works wonderfully. We found our now-regular sitter through this site, and recently booked one in a different city we were visiting with our pup.
My Dog is very difficult he wouldn't let anyont teke care of him untli i hound out about this service.
Rover was a VERY helpful service. My husband has ALS, and I needed a break from caring for my pug so that I could care for my husband, and also to clean the house. I am a full-time teacher, with a side tutoring job so I'm extremely busy. I highly recommend Rover in general. More specifically, my dog sitter was so personable and professional. Her commitment to caring for people's dogs was so touching; she went above and beyond. I would totally use her services again.
I feel so fortunate I found Sarah. She gives my pups everything I wished for in doggy daycare. My dogs are barking and wagging tails even before we get to her house to drop them off.. They love it there and have such fun in her big back yard. She sends a picture of her walking the pups every day. Iam more than satisfied with the care she gives my dogs.
Every Rover sitter I ever hired has been wonderful. Most recently Stacey who takes care of my kitty has been awesome. Highly recommended.
