The listening and work I can do during the week or weeks
I have been seeing Isabel for almost a year now. She truly is such a patient and caring counselor. She provides a safe space for me to express my feelings and thoughts with no pressure or judgement and offers constructive feedback and plenty of concrete skills to work on to help me stay more intentional and grounded with my mental health.
