Abigail did a great job of handling everything from the beginning, where I just had lots of questions, to the approval and completion. The appraiser John, and the notary Ken, were great. I would highly recommend Reverse Mortgages.com, Inc. to anyone thinking of getting a Reverse Mortgage.

Companies such as yours are most about PEOPLE. The PERSON on the other end of the computer or phone is really all that counts. Some people are better than others. All of the people I dealt with at ReverseMortgages.com were above average indeed. Brandi Reynolds was highly efficient and great at condensing the necessary points of the transactions to match the aptitude of the borrower right at the outset. She also was eager and ready to help along the entire course of a very arduous loan app. Ms Reynolds obviously has the "horsepower" and the experience to act on each new hurdle. Matt Quinn quickly turned to others for assistance when needed, and was great at persistence when he had essentially closed all doors to continuing. Most notably, Ms Andrea Jackson was the kind of employee I wish I had been able to hire when I was in business. Quite adept at reading the client on the other end of the line, Ms Jackson was always consistent at keeping the narrative real but positive and engaging. This was not an easy task in my case, as roadblocks were many and unpredictable over a long span of time, which was quite disconcerting. Ms Jackson each time set about the new hurdle and found alternative directions of pursuit that consistently solved the problems. In my business, there were no clear solutions, only levels of difficult problem solving, so i appreciate that this is an ultimately valuable service to any client. Ms Jackson's fund of knowledge was significant and well applied, and she was able to place facts of varying significance in perspective. Even after the sale, Ms Jackson realized the significance of continued valuable communication and assistance. I recommend that you do what it takes to keep this person in your employ. Thanks to all those that I did not have the privilege to encounter at your company, but were there to assist me in this loan.
Brittney basically saved my life. I have never seen anyone work as hard to help me as she did I woiyld recommend her to anyone. She is great.
My wife and I were very satisfied with the assistance offered from this company...and specifically Michelle Huff. Michelle was very knowledgeable with answers and always polite, friendly. Beyond that she pointed us to another professional, Harry Castilow, who assisted with details, a "finisher" who guided us through obstacles required by FHA and Fannie Mae. Very important: this Inc. was able to do what AIG would not. AIG dragged us along when we came to an obstacle "shared-well agreement" while Reverse Mortgages, Inc. guided us with information on requirements, allowing us to obtain documentation to have a successful transaction.
We worked with Michelle Huff to gain a mortgage on our house. We found Michelle to be very helpful with the process.When it came to needed documentation she was very knowledgeable and timely with explanation providing clarity to the" why and what for'.Michelle was on" top of it".She had an out of town getaway with friends during the process during which she took the time to stay in touch and assure us of the progress...she went the extra mile to provide this borrower with contact while out of the office. Michelle is great to work with. She keeps you informed of what is going on with whatever you are working on, a reverse mortgage or just refinancing your current home loan. Michelle gets the necessary paperwork to you in a timely manner, is available to ask any questions. She encourages you to discuss with your insurance provider to make sure you are getting the best rates for your state. She checks up on you to be sure your received paperwork, any questions. She is always available and if not she lets you know if she will be out of the office but you can always leave a voice Mail or send an email. She replies in a timely manner. Michelle was terrific to work with. Highly recommend.

I started probably like most people with some ideas about how this might work and if I did not feel good at any time this was over. I would just refinance and be done with it. I shopped 4 reverse companies to get a feel of how this works. The biggest company was the worst in all fields. I thought I would start with Reverse Mortgage because they made me the best offer.They were also the easiest to talk with on the phone. They began as professionals and maintained that character throughout the entire process with my dealings with them. If you get a chance to work with Adam and Tyler you will find this process comfortable and reliable.I can only say good to great about my experience working with them. I made sure I could keep them to a high standard by doing what was asked of me also.Thanks again to Adam and Tyler for how comfortable you made this new experience.

I would recommend Jeff Bailey, to anyone who is looking for a Reverse Mortgage. My experience with him was wonderful. He is knowledgeable, experienced, tolerant, kind, and he is not afraid to show empathy, when needed.KNOWLEDGEABLE; He knows all the "in and outs" of the procedures that are required to close a Reverse Mortgage, even if Oh hh there are complicated factors that come into play. EXPERIENCED; He has seen many applcations for Reverse Mortgages so there seems to be nothing that surprises him, or confuses him.TOLERANT; He never gives you the feeling that you have asked any one question, too many times. Jeff will always answer your phone calls quickly and supply the answer that you require.KIND; Jeff is a kind soul. He is always willing and able to give you the time that you require. If he isn't able to answer your phone call right away, he will get right back to you. Having him always available for me, was a great comfort. I had Trevor Buban and Kala Black working with me and they were both very helpful. Trevor never hesitated to answer any questions as many times as needed. I feel I have known him forever although I have never met him in person.He is a great loan manager. The lady just gave me the closing info. but I didn't catch her name, my bad not hers,and she was also great.
Stacey Cole and Harry Castilow handled my reverse mortgage. I had a very bumpy trip because the attorneys were absolutely ridiculous in the documentation they required...but I understand they are the ONLY profession that perpetuates their need, unlike dentists and doctors. I was dumfounded in the delays they engineered, but Stacey and Harry were there for me. I have anger issues and almost gave up at one point, but both Stacey and Harry supported me.
Both Brandi and Katy were very helpful and I never felt that I was a brother to them when I had questions. They were always very pleasant, upbeat and knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed working with them. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in a reserve mortgage.Thank you
A few months ago I called Reverse Mortgage and talked with Erin Kramer. It seems to be the best decision I've made in a long time. Other than having an apprasial that I still shortchanged us a lot, the mortgage still allows us to stay in our home for many years before we have to face leaving it.
