Okay so I was fully prepared to have a terrible time because I'd seen some messy reviews from a couple years ago. But whatever they changed internally it worked because my experience in 2025 has been nothing short of fantastic. They assigned me an editor who actually reads romance and I don't mean that sarcastically, it matters so much when your editor understands genre conventions and reader expectations. The special edition hardcover they produced for my launch has foil, sprayed edges, and a ribbon marker and it looks like something you'd find at a Barnes & Noble display table. Pre-order setup was handled entirely by their team. I just had to show up and be excited online.
