I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and always been pleased with the excellent customer service I’ve received. I started working with Terry in December. She goes above and beyond to service my account. She’s knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I kept trying in order 22411 in jelly belly and it keeps disappearing. I finally gave up. If you have it and can add it back in to the order (I tried twice) please do so and adjust my account total. I would like 4 cases.Thank you.

Simple ordering process.
The ordering process is simple if you have the item number. It's nice that the inform you before placing the order that items are unable or low stock.

I appreciate the variety of items, but...
I appreciate the variety of items offered. However, I found the ordering fees to be unreasonably high. I placed an order over $700, but because one item was a holiday item, it would ship separately, requiring a second order. To get that item shipped, I would have had to add another $200 worth of products to that order.

Way too slow!
Customer service gives the wrong answers and no one cares, even though they act like they do on the phone. Delivery times are so amazingly slow I had to move most of my product orders elsewhere.
