This has been a complete nightmare
This has been a complete nightmare; I completed all the necessary paperwork and still no verbal communication they claim there phone lines are down that was over 20 days ago. They claim they have a 24/7-line chat line that I called but got no dial tone. I have sent several e-mails requesting a refund with that being said they said I would get a refund minus 3% of the total. I just want my money back so we can move forward in find a legit service.

We decided to travel Euprope, then my partner said to me, (we can get married while we're on the trip, what an experience it would be). So I started researching what it would take to get married in one of the countries. I saw the difficulties of not being there long enough to do the ceremony. Then I started looking online to see if we can get married online, there are many sites offering the service, but we chose Marryfromhome and we were not disappointed. The communication was very straight forward. It was all about us from the beginning and what our needs were. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the date, and time we needed, even though it was off schedule. We had an amazing ceremony with most of our dear friends and family. Scam? We paid for an "expedited" marriage…
We paid for an "expedited" marriage which still took 4 days. Then, when we got the certificate, one of our names was wrong (middle and last name were repeated twice). It's been over a week and still nothing. When we call, we are put on a hold line (doesn't matter the time) and you are told for at least 30 min that you are "first in line". Most of the time, the call then disconnects. When you do reach someone, they are in "sales" and can't help but "customer service" will call you back shortly. They never do. When you email, it takes days for a response and always an excuse. It's been over two weeks for an "expedited" marriage and we don't even know if we are legally married. We don't know where to go next as no one will answer our call. We are so very disappointed. Please look elsewhere. There has to be better companies. This is feeling like a scam.

Best way to marry
It was fast, simple and cheap. I am in California and my wife was in Thailand. I can't tell you how much money this saved us. I would say this is the best way to get married for anyone. If you live apart or together this is the way to go.
