No problems with the administration of my order.This is a $35 short sleeve tee shirt and the thickness of the material is very thin.This is not a Hanes Beefy Tee. For $35 I would expect a superior material. I am not returning them, but I wouldn't buy another one with this weight material.

I have ordered numerous 80’s themed t-shirts over the years from this company. Each have a unique design and are excellent quality. This last order, the shirt was a little too big and when I contacted customer support, they immediately responded and shipped me a smaller size at no cost and told me to keep the original shirt. This level of customer service is extremely rare and deserves to be recognized.

I ordered a few vintage baseball tshirts and the designs are fantastic! In addition I contacted their customer service about changing a design and also the shirt sizes after realizing I’d ordered too small. Anthony in customer service was very responsive and set me up with the correct sizes. Then when my order arrived there was a small glitch and he was quick to tell me to keep the wrong shirt and they sent the correct design out immediately at no extra charge. Fantastic customer service!
I gave my brother a shirt that was too large and reached out to M00nshot for help exchanging it for a smaller size. You won’t believe what they did. First, they responded quickly. Then they gave me a promo code for the same shirt in a smaller size—for just the cost of shipping. And then they said we could also keep the shirt that was too large. Very fun t-shirts. I got three pretzel-themed shirts. Two did not fit great, so I exchanged for the correct sizes without any difficulties. Great customer service experience and love the products!

I've ordered from m00nshot twice now. Both times I've had great ordering and shipping experiences, but this recent order was even better. I went with the "Luxury" option for the second order, but didn't know what size I'd be (actively losing weight) so I ordered two different sizes. When I asked to exchange the larger size, they responded super quick and made the process VERY easy. So yeah, their designs are awesome and the customer service is amazing. Looking forward to getting more tees from them!
Exceptional experience. I have ordered 2x & will DEFINITELY be back. Not only does the store have a great variety of items, the products are good quality, and the customer service I received is some of the best I have ever from a company. Better than most vendors on Etsy. Quick response, personalized service, and they even went above and beyond to try to help an order make it in time for the holiday, despite me missing the order deadline. I did not ask for this, and they did so at no extra cost. Size exchange was a breeze. I’m excited to see what new products come out, as I think I just found my new favorite go-to store.
