The company and system and employees are suck.All these reviews are not truHard to get services. The system is very bad compare what I have. For much cheaper and better services.Salemade his commission and disappeared I call no one answer our calls.Bad, bad, bad

I am satisfied with the product overall. The technicians are great and consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. My only concern is that I do not recall being advised by the salesperson at the time of purchase that the product’s lifetime is five years. As a result, my system had to be replaced.

The Ultimate Package ScaleSolver DOES NOT WORK. If you have hard water hold these aholes repsonsible as they are fraudulently advertising that it removes hard water on their webiste. I have hard water from 300-425 and the company does nothing to resolve it. They ignore it and tell me I dont understand the technology. lmao. I just filed a BBB complain and will be persuing legal avenues for a class action for:*False and misleading advertising*Violation of state Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices *Breach of express and implied warrantiesWe have very hard water here and this system DOES NOT TREAT IT!!!!
