Excellent Booking Plugin with Stellar Support
We’ve been using the LatePoint plugin for our booking system and it has exceeded our expectations in terms of functionality, user experience, and flexibility. The interface is clean, modern, and incredibly intuitive for both admins and clients. Setting up services, agents, and schedules was a smooth process, and the plugin offers great customization options for most needs.What truly stands out, however, is the customer support—fast, responsive, and always helpful. Whether it’s a technical query or a feature clarification, the support team consistently delivers with clarity and professionalism.The only feature we feel is currently missing is a custom field date & time picker, which would be incredibly useful for collecting additional date-specific information from users. We’re hopeful this gets added in a future update.Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a powerful and user-friendly booking solution on WordPress.

Latepoint is fantastic!
Using Latepoint as our booking system has been fantastic. The booking experience is easy, user friendly with a simple step by step process. Latepoint support have always responded with an answer and very helpful. We are a small business detailing cars in the UK, Latepoint's system allows us to add our services, times, extras, promotions, integrated google calendar, user login, confirmation emails, reports and lots more. I would highly recommend using this appointment plugin for your website.

LatePoint, the easiest and finest booking pluging to set up

Great booking system, great service!
Not only does the booking system look sleek and has a pop-up function that draws the user in, it has many add-on functions that increases the likelihood of user turn up. I have had contact with their customer service a few times throughout the years and I must say that their service is impeccable. They respond quickly, in a kind manner and are always helpful and informative.

The customer support is really helpful. The platform does take a while to get used to, but after that, it's easy to navigate. I do wish they would have more guides online, it would help.
