I have recently booked a trip of a lifetime through Halo for me and my Granddaughter to Japan for March 2026.From start to finish the process has been made so easy and free from any reservation or worry i may have had, due to the excellent customer service and expertise of the wonderful Shawn our booking agent.Nothing has been too much trouble for Shawn and he has been really patient with all my queries, he has really put me at ease and relayed all my booking information expertly, finding us the best deals on great hotels and travel within Japan with amazing excursions, he has even organised a small surprise on arrival for my Granddaughter who recently done so amazing in exam results to which is the reason for the trip.I would highly recommend anyone looking to book such a trip to use Halo, they really have been amazing and flexible with payments to make this affordable and of course the lovely Shawn who would go that extra mile to make sure you have the best experience.Thankyou so much Halo and Shawn, we cannot wait to start our holiday and are excited to tell you all about it on our return, we will also continue to recommend you to all our family and friends. Steve was so so helpful and wonderful! I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and experience. He is extremely thoughtful and listens very well. His attention to detail is like nothing I’ve seen before. I am so so impressed at his work ethic. He truly is a wonderful employee. I would recommend him 100 times. He is extremely good with communication and has no problem going above and beyond to ensure that your trip is seamless. If there is an issue, or even a last minute decision on my part, Steve was quick to step in and try to solve it. During our trip we talked about Steve and we all had the same thought on how amazing and good he is at his job. My experience would definitely not have been the same without him! He made sure my birthday trip was easy and stress free during my entire trip, and he checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Ryan Jackson was our agent for several trips . This last one was to Brazil. Ryan went above and beyond to help us with every details. He checked on us while we were in Brazil fixe every issue that appeared. I am looking forward to book more trips with Ryan. Ryan was a lot of help. First off the experience that I’ve had with halo holidays has been nothing but the best. My agent Noah who I can’t thank enough has been there for me in every way. First off by booking my dream vacation to the Maldives at a 5 star resort also booking the flights and transfers. What is so amazing is how flexible and patient and also understanding Noah has been with me do to some certain situations I ran into. He’s made very flexible payment arrangements not to mention very affordable. I would definitely recommend to use halo holidays for your next vacation booking and request Noah as your agent. I will continue to use halo holiday’s from here on out on all my future vacation bookings.
