Took six weeks to receive order
Took six weeks to receive order. Kept saying documents created for shipping but took long time to next step. Supposedly had issue with FedEx account and order was returned and then shipped by UPS to the FedEx depot. Then had to go pick it up. Global cycling is saying FedEx couldn’t deliver to my home address yet they are in my neighborhood everyday. I contacted Fedex three times and they said the issue was with Global Cycling account. I can imagine what that’s about.

Great Quality
This is the third kit we have ordered and LOVE them. The service is great and while shipping does take some time it is so worth it. I recommend this company to everyone on my son's mountain biking team. Thank you.

Presents itself as a UK company
Presents itself as a UK company, but doesn’t give any address or phone number. It took over a month to ship and claims shipping rules according to the EU don’t apply. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company!

Exactly as described
Order is exactly as described online. Fit is well aligned with chart. Wears well and color seems to be maintained after washing.

Had to contact Global Cycling a glitch with my address, it was wrong. They corrected it and it was so easily done, that just blew me away, nothing is easy anymore, but this was. Thanks !!

The sizing charts cannot be trusted - Do not buy!
The sizing charts cannot be trusted. I purchased three jerseys in November 2025. I ordered 1 size up to an XL from my usual jersey size of Lg (for my 41” chest and 175# frame). When my jerseys arrived three+ weeks later they were so small that I could barely squeeze into them. So I immediately sought to return or exchange them. After considering the options that customer service offered, I opted to pay a $60 shipping fee for 2X sized replacement jerseys (and I could keep the ones too small for me to wear). That was my second bad decision! The second week of December 2025 my three 2X sized jerseys arrived — and, yes, the 2X size was not a good fit my 41” chest and 175# frame. I was dumb to think otherwise. I doubt GCG will allow this post to be shown, they tend to delete or bury unfavorable reviews and Trust Pilot doesn’t seem to have a problem with that.

Love the design
Love the design. Perfect for any cycling fan! The print looks great and the mug feels solid. Wish it were just a tad bigger, but overall it’s an awesome addition to my morning routine.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Don't buy from these people. They are a front for a chinese store. They use AI to respond to peoples concerns. They dont provide quality customer support. Their reply is BS. I’ve been getting emails from “Linda” which is the same person that sends their marketing emails. The emails are clearly ai. Yet another example of this company writing off their customers and refusing to make things right. They’d rather double down on making their money.

No hassle return policy!! Love it!
I had ordered a LARGE cycling jersey, my usual size, but unfortunately is was a little snug. I was looking for a "club cut" style. When I contacted the company to arrange for a return of this jersey and replacement in the next larger size, they gave me 2 RETURN options. I was very pleased to chose from the options offered and my new(larger sized) jersey arrived the other day. I love the graphics and can't wait to get out on the road showing this off to my cycling buddies! Really excellent customer service and communication! I had to exchange one item, for size reasons, and the process was very simple. I got two bike jerseys, and love them both. Nice style, and good quality. I would definitely purchase from Global Cycling Gear again!

The jersey I ordered was at least 2…
The jersey I ordered was at least 2 sizes too small. I’ve ordered several bike jersey over the years all the same size. The jersey I received was very small. I asked for a refund & after a few emails I was told they would not be able to issue a refund but if I sent them $30, they would ship me a new Jersey in a different size. I’ve only had the Jersey for 4 days, not sure why they won’t let me return it. Apparently the jerseys are coming from Vietnam not Wisconsin which is the address listed on their website.

I ordered cycling gear 2 pairs of bibs…
I ordered cycling gear 2 pairs of bibs 1 short sleeve jersey and 1 long sleeve jersey it was supposed to be what I was expecting to be a Trek product but it is not. I emailed customer service and my reply was from Linda she did admit that they are not Trek products but are branded Trek for fans of the Trek brand products. Are you kidding me that false representation I requested a refund on the items Linda refused only said I could get an exchange. I told her I will take this up with my credit card company and file a business complaint and now 2 days later and still no answer from Linda run far from this company they Advertise in Wisc yet ship from Florida and ship in the shelf packaging right off the shelf not even in a corrugated box.
