DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I have not received delivery. It should have arrived over a week ago. I do not want delivery of a dead plant. I do not want your Automatic response. This is most frustrating. This gift was bought for a bereaved person, and it was important that it should arrive on time. Appalling, absolutely appalling service.

I do not recommend this firm. Special rose ordered for Diamond W. Ann. Promised delivery between 25th to 27th March (the actual anniversary day) changed at last minute to 1st April. Did not arrive. Refund given but no apology or explanation.

Incorrect mislabelled plants delivered
I ordered 5 "new beginnings" container roses this June. 5 healthy, although small plants arrived. When they came into bloom, it was clear that three of the roses were another variety altogether and had been mislabelled. It is now too late to replace with the correct roses and Pococks do not have bare root stock either. I advised Pococks roses who have refunded the cost of three roses which leaves me having to source elsewhere and waiting until November. Their covering reply was offensive "It is not our intention to mislabel plants and then send them off - where on earth would that get us I wonder?". I would definitely not recommend this company based on my experience.

Great specimen with no diseases or fungus and a good size too. Packaged very well, ordered Monday was delivered Tuesday afternoon. Stellar service, all around. it was my first time ordering from here and you have gained a loyal customer and rose lover ❤️Update in august: Rose absolutely thriving full of clusters of buds. Excellent Company Defiitely Recommend
Excellent company and good communications. The rose I ordered arrived quickly and was really well packed. Opening the box I found a beautiful healthy plant with plenty of healthy branches. I can't wait to see it in bloom. Thank you so much especially for the information on aftercare .

This rose company is wonderful
This rose company is wonderful. I have bought many rose bushes over the years and this time I found them on line. The choice is great, price very good value, they were on time with good messaging and most importantly, the quality of the roses is fantastic, the best ever! Very well packed for delivery too. A pleasure to highly recommend them.

I don't recommend this business
I don't recommend this business. In spring of 2021, I ordered two roses from them, one of which lived and one of which struggled and then died (by December.) I emailed them to ask what their policy is on failures and they did not answer. BTW I'm a lifelong rose lover, and know how to care for roses.

Brilliant service and harder to get rose at a reasonable price
I have been trying to get an Irene Watts rose for 2 years as it was named after one of my ancestors, now I have a very healthy looking rose in a pot, that arrived the day after ordering. The service and the plant cannot be faulted. The rose was packaged well to protect it and arrived with moist compost in the pot. The rose is of a good size too, with signs of new shoots and foliage emerging. I would defiantly buy from them again without hesitation. Thank you!

Perfect roses and customer service.
I've ordered 6 roses from Garden Roses, I found the website easy to navigate with detailed pictures and explanations about each plant. Now I ordered during Covid19 and dispatch didn't take long at all ( comparing to larger garden centers) the delivery was dispatched overnight , packed individually in sturdy tall boxes. As this was an overnight delivery the plant came undamaged and was in a beautiful state - as though I'd picked it up myself and brought it home. The 6 roses were all labelled with a waterproof stickers and were easily identifiable. Plants themselves 5 out of 6 had buds on then at the time of delivery (2.5 weeks ago) and now 3 are in full bloom. Since delivery I did ask a question from their customer service team and they got back to me within 12 hours during the weekend. It is rarely I am pleased and impressed by the product and service but on this occasion i feel others need to know of my good experience. I shall be ordering again.Thank you.
