Easy to work with
Easy to work with. When i first ordered my items they were completely transparent about the fact that their shutter machine was tripping up and that may potentially change order delivery times as well as delay the delivery of my window boxes. I appreciated that honesty since that seems to be something that all vendors aren’t necessarily upfront about. In any case, my sales agent gave me the expected timeframe for all 4 of my items (3 window boxes and 1 set of shutters) and mentioned when I could call for an update. I didn’t need to call as they were great about following up through email and my orders shipped before the expected window for shipment. I would strongly recommend working with them.
