I ordered some flip-up sunglasses which never arrived.I tracked my order which is supposed to have arrive mid February ... but it never did. I tried to contact the company through it contact info ... but I didn't even receive a response. Much better not to bother with this company!!!!!!
The quality of this product amazed me when I opened the package. I have seen glasses from other companies similar to these, but they were thin plastic. These are what could be considered heavy-duty. The colors are as vivid as those depicted in the ad. In short, I was thrilled!
My lenses came out of my new glasses and I contacted the company and they sent me another pair. I like the glasses and was excited to know of their good customer service

After having two pair of glasses break right away, I wrote a bad review. I am now changing that review after I was contacted by their support offering a refund for the two pair of glasses. I appreciated this very much. It happened immediately, and I am now very pleased with my remaining glasses!
I ordered a pack of 4 glasses 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. This company does not believe in REFUNDS
I had made an earlier review stating that I liked my bifocal sunglasses, but was disappointed because one of the arms had broken. I stated that I was able to repair them with super glue, but Eyekeeper reached out to me and said they would replace them anyway. The shipping of the replacement glasses is in progress.
I waited weeks for my order which didn’t arrive. I eventually contacted my bank and put in a chargeback. My bank refunded me within a few days. Eye keeper then contacted me and asked me to cancel the chargeback and they would resend the glasses or give me a refund. This is the only correspondence I had with them.
Ordered two pairs of glasses for my hubby. The first broke within a week after giving them to him for Christmas. The company offered a full refund. I ended up with just a refund for the one pair of glasses. I tried to have them reverse that and just send replacement because they obviously miswrote their message to me. Run don't walk to another company. It was also hard to make a review so that tells me they only want Happy Customer.
I placed two orders, about a month apart. One order was for a set of 5, multi colored readers and one for a necklace/folding reader. First order took months to receive and was wrong…I got a set of 5 black and brown readers. The necklace I ordered was out of stock…after speaking w CS numerous times, my fifth alternate option was sent and it was pure junk; nothing like the item I originally ordered. After reaching out to CS again, they agreed to partially refund my money. Still waiting on a solution to the issue with the first order. SMH. I wanted driving glasses too but I won’t be buying from here. Great selection and prices, but their follow through on delivery and customer service is piss poor.
Always a great company to deal with. Fast service and the glass are such a great price given I need a pair in every room of the house + the car + work. If anything goes wrong, they are always available to fix it. Thanks Eyekeeper.

Well what can I say ,I will start with thank you very much .I ordered 4 sets off glasses and unfortunately a pair fell off my head and snapped ,I put it in my review which was 4 stars only because of the unfortunate miss app ,they got in touch with me and with no hesitation ask me if I wanted a refund ,which I replied ..No just another pair a glasses will do thanks …as all customers will say the aftercare is more important when things go wrong with products we buy Thanks eyekeeper you are 1st class

Do NOT trust them. No deliveries, no refunds — total scam. Stay far away.
I was immediately contacted by Customer Services after leaving a negative review. New glasses are being shipped. BRAVO to Eyekeeper for running an ethical business!
Eye glasses never delivered. Customer care phone mailbox is full and won't take messages, emails are not returned. Lesson learned, I'm glad it was only $25 lost. Won't be buying from China anymore.
