Still haven’t received word on my package if it’s being shipped or not have no clue what’s going on. Reached out. Haven’t received a message back really frustrated. May have to cancel order and request refund.
The clarity of the image is far better than I expected - excellent. Setting up the app did not conform to the instructions - this needs improvement.

I placed an order on 12/28/25, my account was charged but I have not received anything yet. I can’t even track my purchase because nothing has shipped. I attempted to contact the company today via the “contact us” on the order confirmation page but it wanted me to setup an outlook account in order to contact them. I finally found an email address so I’m hopeful I’ll hear back.

They sold me a product that requires an app download from the Google app Store. The App Store said I couldn't download because it was for an older version of Android. My phone is two years old, but the software is still that outdated. I contacted support and asked to return it. Instead, the company emailed me a zip file and told me to install their untrusted, unmaintained software attachment on my phone. That's a big no. I asked multiple times to return it and they still haven't sent me a return label. They said the updated software would be on the App Store by the end of the week, and that's the last I heard. The week is over and it seems like I'm stuck with an unsupported product with outdated, potentially dangerous software.

Product arrived way ahead of scheduled time. Definitely a welcomed surprise since it was a birthday gift. My wife was very happy with her present and excited to dig into all of the features.

I've had this borescope for a few weeks now and have used it several times. I haven't used the photo or video features except to test them but it's got a clear picture and bright light that's helped me when looking into my well and sink pipes. The cable is sufficiently stiff to maneuver but the extra length can be a little unwieldy so I might buy a shorter one as well.The attachments are a nice addition and it even came with an memory card. For homeowner/diy use, this seems to be a great value.
Great product but having trouble getting the device to connect with wifi.
Just what I needed! The articulating head allows to view valves. Wish I got it sooner as a shop that rebuilt an engine for me a couple months ago is shiny on the outside but junk on the inside. With this device taking photos and videos it will help with my claim.
I have a 1,000 Snapon camera and this thing runs circles around it. Now to be fair the Snapon is 5 years old so I know technology has really improved, but the price less than 300.00 is incredible especially with the ability to turn and zoom. Amazing tool.
Easy to purchase, love the product and realy like the swivel camera. The only gripe I have is the the normal orientation and the flip relative to the up and down of the camera. Wish it flip up and down the same with the camera up and down.
