The customer service is the best I've encountered. Their shipping was prompt and the contents well packed and individually labeled on each box. It even told you which one to open first. The product is top quality and very well made. It's still winter here and there is snow on the ground, so I haven't put it through its paces yet, but I have little doubt it will perform well for me for years to come.

I have had two cyclone rakes (separate properties) for many years. I upgraded one of my mowers and had to order a new mower deck attachment in November. By Feb it had cracked badly under regular use. I took photos and talked with Nicole. After she reviewed my photos and input, she had a new boot shipped to me within a week. They stand by their product!

Great service and excellent attention to customer satisfaction. I’m still in the assembly stage with my equipment — I bought it late in the fall, then winter set in, so I’m waiting for spring to finish putting everything together. So far, everything has been well‑organized and the support has been outstanding. I’ll update my review once assembly is complete and I’ve had a chance to put it to work.
My customer rep was Nichole Griffin and she could not have been more pleasant or helpful She was very knowledgeable and precise with her answers. Everyone should have the experience of dealing with someone like Nichole. Cyclone is lucky to have her.

Was very impressed with the sales person, he answered all my questions and did not pressure me to buy anything! He walked me through different models to ensure I selected what I needed! He pointed out the differences and made suggestions. Some of the suggestion's I did and some I did not. Either way he supported my decision! It wa enjoyable working with someone who really seemed to care about my needs and not what they wanted to sell!
Waymon hit it out of the park with great listening skills. He asked me what I needed, didn’t interrupt me, and when I was done explaining he showed off his excellent product knowledge. Waymon is an all around great guy with a good sense of humor as well. I’m looking forward to receiving my Cyclone Rake soon so that I can get started with my Spring cleanup.
The company had a very professional salesman who answered all of my questions. He was very thorough and gave me the feedback that I needed.
Customer service sent multiple messages without reading my responses. Requested information repeatedly even after I sent it in. Asked for measurements and later said they were not needed after I sent them in
I'm very impressed with the level of customer service. I received my rake in a timely manner. As a retired 42 year turbine engineer (from General Electric) I was beyond impressed with the level of detail in the assembly instructions. I have never received that kind of detail in my many years of purchases. My rating is for customer service and product for now because I've not gotten to use it yet. I will rate the performance later. I would highly recommend Woodland Products!Richard Smith

First of all, I’ve owned my cyclone brake X-10for over 10 years. This is an excellent product well built and exceeds all expectations for the work. Their customer support team is always there to help you with any questions or to assist when you’re replacing a part. It’s a great product with an outstanding team.
I purchased my Cyclone Rake on the 19th of December to make sure I could take advantage of the special for Bundle which would end by the end of the month. Knowing it could be busy with Christmas coming up. Nicole and JoAnn patiently worked with me and everything got shipped on the 23rd. This is a great company to deal with.
We had a question about the gap between the MDA and mower deck, they have got back with us within 24-48 hours with directions on how to adjust to close the gap.
