The rep was very knowledgeable and engaging. He attempted to fix the issue several times and even instructed me on how to do it myself. I appreciate the time he took to try and assist me.
I hit Stevenson Antwan with a couple of different problems and he was very kind and patient and helped me with all of them.
I Was lied to about the services I would receive.
Antwan walked me through every step, waited and instructed as we tried to figure out the issue.

Nigel was very knowledgeable, patient and guided me through the step on how to set up my system again.The only issues that sometimes they wait time is too long when trying to contact service support

I had an outstanding experience with my security installation representative Albert. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the installation process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the system before leaving.His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. Everything was installed neatly and efficiently, and he made sure all components were working perfectly. I especially appreciated how patient he was in walking me through how to use the system and app.It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and highly recommend them to anyone needing security installation with CPI Security.
Ryan immediately grasped the issue/s and was patient and professional as he patiently walked me through resolution.
Purchased new equipment and services for a second home, which was at a beach location. We talked with our salesman at length about whether cpi would serve the location. They assured me they did, and they had “7 homes near” my location. I signed a contract, paid money, and cpi scheduled an installation date. We took a day off work, drove to the property (about 5 hours from our home, which is also covered by cpi) to meet the installer, who never showed. I called cpi, and was told that it had been set up as a service call, not an installation. My salesman then emailed me, 4 hours after the original time of install, and indicated cpi had decided not to provide service. It worries me that I would entrust security of my home and family to a company so disorganized, and so disrespectful of our time and effort. They could easily have given us a heads up a week before and told us they had a change of heart.
We’re so happy with CPI! Keenan, Brian, and everyone we worked with were fantastic — polite, professional, and efficient. Most importantly, we feel safe in our new home. Thank you for the amazing work and excellent customer service
On site technician ( Richaud) was great and kept us informed all along the way.
Matt and Shannon (from CPI Charleston)were our TV install team at North Myrtle. They faced some challenges when they arrived. Two of the 5 rooms where a rep prewired for install -the 2 most important rooms- living room & theater room- were prewired at incorrect placement on the walls. Matt problem solved and worked diligently for HOURS to overcome the wiring placement on the walls. There were a ton of issues besides wall wiring but Matt overcame each of them and our final install is working out. Highly recommend Matt for preferred installer. He’s brilliant and frankly, he was awesome at soothing a customer (us) who were extremely upset and ready to tell CPI to come get their equipment. Matt saved CPI a customer.
It was a pleasure to work with Nigel. He was extremely patient and encouraging. Nigel is very knowledgeable and is able to relay information in a clear and concise manner.
Ms.Gentile did an excellent job helping with our problem, she was very informative and patient working with me.
Horrible interaction with staff. They have no clue about how to handle a customer . Read the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU posts before you sign up with this company
