It wont let me ship the cgc cards to me and it says my banking details are wrong everytime and customer service never got back to me

Sick and tired of American companies charging what ever they like i don't care there stored at there in-house warehouse 160 shipping fees to ship 3 cards home to UK that aren't even worth that absolute SCAM towards the UK it's not just Americans that collect pokemon etc we do as well uk always gets screwed with pokemon products and I mean always why is there no courtyard.io in uk so we don't have to be lumbered with your sky high shipping fees tell me why Americans get exclusive we just dont see in the UK period
Worst company ever do not waste your time or money. Spend $100 15 times in a row and they only give you a card worth 23 bucks never anything good out of this. You spend $100 just to receive common bulk cards.
New products, reward points which are easy to redeem. I have bought and sold $1,000’s of dollars worth of cards and redeemed $1,000’s. I have also got some low value pulls but that’s stated in the disclosures and is expected. I have also sold cards and cashed out funds with ease. My bank can flag transactions at times but that’s minor. I have also had issues with purchases being outside of listed value range or duplicate. Each time the issue was handled quickly and fairly after contacting support. You won’t always win but you won’t always lose either. Trustworthy, upfront and legitimate site for rips and pulls.
I never had an issue with getting my cards shipped from Courtyard until my last shipment. Courtyard was so helpful to me. My card had sadly gotten delivered to the wrong address something that was not in their control. Still when they found out they immediately reached out to FedEx. Sadly they told me that it was a process and could take a while till anything happened if it happened. The next day Courtyard refunded me all my money and then some. I was grateful that they understood how upsetting it can be to have your card basically given to someone else. Knowing that they immediately took care of things made the situation less stressful on my part. The sweet lady that helped me Abigail was so helpful and understanding and put the issues into perspective. I would definitely buy from them again despite my experience because it wasn’t their fault. Sadly shipping can get messed up and the fact that they were so quick to remedy it was amazing.
This company has exceeded my expectations!! From their amazing cards I’ve pulled to the customer support and the random promo codes sent to me……..what is there to say but this is a Top Notch one stop shop company for all your slabs!
Amazing website to get started with collectibles quickly. Very good experience with vaulting comics and shipping them directly from eBay (useful for international customers). Customer support is on point as they fix problems quite quickly.
Their CS team is incredible. Across the hobby, I have never had an encounter with a CS staff as thorough and quick to respond as I have had on this app. The app can be frustrating but it’s nice having CS to quickly respond and help. Great work, shoutout Abegail!
They literally won't take my money.I've tried multiple times over multiple days to attempt some comic packs, but they will not take my money. I've verified with my bank and TWO DIFFERENT credit cards, and there's no blocking. They just won't take my money. 0/5.
I used the site for the first time. Spend $300 on there and keep two cards in my collection. All good so far. I try to redeem them and get them sent to me. I use 5 credit cards that are all good and current to pay $8.67 for shipping and it declined ALL OF THEM. I look up reviews and apparently this happens often and you guys "lose the cards" and pay us under market value for them. I want this fixed immediately.
I pulled a 2004 team aqua’s kyogre that sells for $130. I was going to transfer it to me, but I cancelled to just accept the offer to which it went back to the seller. I am owed $130 in my courtyard wallet. Please fix asap.
I get it. Demand is surging, and it’s tough to keep up with the level of TCG hype now a days. Courtyard got back to me right away when I asked what was going on with my redemption, which is all I wanted. Instead, they promptly responded and made it worth my while. I’ll be spending with courtyard again.
We all know that it’s very hard for a company to do everything right. In my specific case, I was not happy very happy with the fact that my transaction got delayed. This resulted in my funds being deducted from my balance and I received the card randomly 35 minutes later. Now to their solution… It took a couple of days, but they got back to me with a solid solution. I received part of the funds (fair amount since the card was sold back) and they send me a buy back code (100%). Overall great company!
Scam site, tried to redeem site quit working, cancel redeem to try again, items missing.EDIT: Just play somewhere else honestly, the support did help me, but it took them an entire week to GIVE ME MY cards back that I lost because THEIR site glitched out. They respond at the rate of 1 email every 24 hours and like to act like you're an inconvenience to them.
I thought coutyard was better website or app to get redemptions of my pokemon cards and its frustrating , make redepmtion of 8 cards 10 days ago… an looks like those cards are not in my property , are propertyof another guy ,,, these cards still appearing in his profile … and never are property of courtyard… this website its the worst their costumer service never response to the claiming mails … i sent emails 5 days ago and don’t receive any email back… do not recomend!!!
They scammed me out of pack by not allowing me to ship it, sell it back, or trade it because they could not verify my ID. I wasn’t trying to get a refund, I just wanted access to the card I paid for that they owe me. I had to completely eat the cost. I escalated over and over and since they don’t have phones, I was lucky to get one small AI chat bot response back per day. After two weeks they finally said there was nothing they can do. Absolutely awful company, do not use, do not trust!
Scammers. Will steal your money, lock you from withdrawing money and items and call it company policy. STAY AWAY EVERYONE
Complete scam, actively breaking EU consumer laws.
Ever since they released the vending machines they've turned into nothing but a gambling website. The odds are actually worse than a casino. They promise a 90% buyback offer yet their price references are completely wrong, so you end up getting way less than 90%. If you buy a card and sell it back to them, you have to go through KYC just to get access to your funds, otherwise they are stuck on their abysmal platform. It's essentially a scam in disguise..
I really enjoy the way of collecting, but I have had issues with my account and have contacted multiple sources to get a hold of their customer support through email and help in the app and have yet to hear anything unfortunately.
