The mugs arrived quickly, were really well padded to prevent accidental breakage in the post. The mugs were in good condition and exactly as described. I am happy to give this company 5 stars.

I only went on the site to locate 1 teacup to replace a missing one, I ended up buying not just the teacup, but a teapot, sugar pot,and milk jug all of the same design, as a gift for my daughter. The Company oozed Efficiency and friendliness. China was packed properly and arrived intact faster than expected and noticing that I had made two separate orders at the same time rather than one they refunded the extra shipping costs and packed them together (few other companies would have done this) plus they shipped to Guernsey - even better! 5 stars all around!
