Total scammers
Total scammers! They double charged me for a charter and I have not been able to get my money back! They do not have any good ethics at this company. Do not use them to charter a plane.

Please be aware CFG Price point For a private Jet Charter is the highest available in the Aviation industry. I would strongly recommend not to use Charter Flight Group

They stole $17,300 from me. I would never recommend using this company. Horrible! Unethical. They have pending lawsuits against them. They’re currently insolvent.

We liked the plane (Phenom 100) and the pilots. Our experiences with FlyCFG have all been great. Jude Dineen has given us extremely quick, efficient and friendly service.

Welcoming and professional crew
Welcoming and professional crew. Making a last minute reservation was easy and even our 2 larger dogs were treated well. End to end, everything was gracious and easy. We will definitely use CFG again.

Making the res was excellent
Making the res was excellent. The pilots were excellent and they were wonderful. The only complaint I had was the lack of communication on the return flight. There were delays from 11 AM to 3:15 PM and we were not notified in enough time to remain home until departure time was firm. I got several wrong info, that plane was enroute and would be there in less than hour, then i texted and got reply that it would be shortly. This went on for 4 hours. I just wanted to be told the truth so we could have waited at home instead of at the terminal. We had our son with 3 children under 8 yr drive us to airport and my husband is handicapped and disabled. These four hours were really difficult for us..

First flight...excellent
I recently enjoyed my first flight with FlyCFG, indeed, my firstprivate flight. I was contacted within an hour of inquiring late-nighton their website. Anna then worked one-on-one with me to explain theentire process, and she was extremely patient and professional workingthrough several scheduling changes. Once booked, the customer serviceteam snapped into action to take care of all the details. Every emailI sent got a response within minutes. Finally, the plane and crew wereexcellent. If this is the service a first-time, likely very occasionalcustomer gets, I can imagine what a frequent client enjoys. Should theneed arise again, I will book with FlyCFG.

Both pilot and copilot were very professional and helpful - kept us informed as we traveled. Loading and unloading of luggage and passengers was very efficient. Plane was immaculate and comfortable, with a generous selection of snacks.

The support team and the pilots were great ! I was disappointed with the age and interior of the aircraft . Didn’t realize I was being treated as low class business by my consultant.Oh well , we got to Florida safely and I am no longer a “ rookie “ in the private Jet business.

Jude Dineen does a great job offering flight options for various scenarios and then the follow-up team is very responsive with ground transportation, etc. Pilots provided great service on our recent trip. Well done!

First flight with CFG
This was our first flight with CFG and Alana was fantastic - timely, positive and always reassuring. The flight was on time and pilots for our Lear jet were great too - fun, personable and helpful. We’ll definitely be doing this again.
