I had a great experience with Bold Auto Transport. James was friendly, professional, helpful, and communicative from beginning to end. The driver arrived on schedule, and there were no hidden costs associated with shipping my vehicle. The entire process was seamless from start to finish.

Would recommend to develop closer communication once transportation services come into progress due to the understanding road conditions and other circumstances come into play. Reason, had to call Bold Dispatcher for updates to act as the middle man between the carrier and the seller (pick up point).Otherwise, communication with the driver was excellent.
Every place kept giving me a quote in the beginning, and a different one I. The end, always a few hundred dollars higher. It was a very frustrating process, until I reached the folks at Bold Auto Transport. Marjorie gave me one set price, that didn’t change at the end, she gave me a timeframe of 4 days, and got it done in 3, while keeping me updated every step of the way. She was as professional as can be, as were her team. Don’t waste your time arguing with these other companies.
I was happy that they delivered right on time. It was a tough job for most and they backed off, but bold fulfill their name and got it handled with no time. I appreciate you MJ. Good stuff.
5 Star Service I was informed time to time about the progress I was wondering if I will have to pick my car outside somewhere because the whole truck could not enter my neighborhood The driver stopped outside my neighborhood and drove the vehicle to my door step and went back walking This is real time customer service

James and John were both great to work with, I had two vehicles I needed transported at the same time, James got my Jeep Wrangler scheduled in record time and within hours John had the Ford scheduled for the next day. Marjorie was great and was on top of the shipment and communicated very well. The delivery happened on time per her estimate. She did a great job and I will definitely recommend Bold to others.
Customer service was great. Explained very good and transportation was just like they said. Told me I would have my vehicle in drive way in 4 to 5 days while others said a week and charger more. Would use again and refer to others.
Highly recommend Bold Auto Transport. Recently inherited my father in laws 1985 Cadillac Seville and had to urgently relocate it 185 miles across the state of Florida due to sale of his home. Car was not drivable so needed a reliable transport company. Marjorie at Bold was amazing! Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She understood my urgency and promised that if I gave her at least 3-5 days' notice they would guarantee my transfer. I notified her 7 days in advance for a pickup on Tuesday, June 17. She said that she would call me on Monday to confirm time. Sure enough Monday morning I received a call to confirm the Tuesday pickup between 11am and 1pm. Received an additional call Tuesday morning to once again confirm the time. The transport showed up at 11:10 am and 4 hours later it was delivered across the state to my mechanic....all for the price PROMISED! Completely hassle free.
We reserved a slot to ship our two cars cross-country. We gave Bold Auto a 4-day window to pick the cars up. As the 4th and final day approached, communication stopped. No one picked up the phone. We only received a text message saying that they could not find a driver at 3pm on day 4. This is after being assured the day prior that there was a “100% guarantee”that a driver would pick the cars up on day 4. After numerous calls and texts, the company responded BY TEXT MESSAGE that no one would be able to pick the car up today. We will now have to arrange a new carrier. And pay for unanticipated rental car fees on the back end due to relying on Bold Auto. Stay away from this company as they are incredibly unreliable and unprofessional.
