Order never arrived!
I ordered something on the 11 Sept 25, got an email confirmation then waited and waited its now Nov and still nothing!I emailed many times and even went online on their so-called website and submitted an order query but still no response. Really fed up and hoping my bank can help me with this scam! Some people are so disgusting and evil!

I placed my order on April 4, 2025. It is now October 13, 2025 and I never received my order. I never received a shipping confirmation email. They just took my money and never sent anything. Please do not order from this place. They’re just going to scam you.

The item never arrived after 3 weeks
The item never arrived after 3 weeks. I paid over $50 and reached out by phone (number didn't exist) sent 2 emails and they both bounced back. Zero communication from the company. My bank even got involved.

Rip off company
Firstly they quoted in aud dollars with nothing mentioned about us dollars then charged me in us dollars..then they messaged saying they had no frames for picture..so I asked for refund & to cancel order they agreed to that then did nothing & ignored for weeks..I had to go through my bank to chase my refund back...shit company to deal with id would go elsewhere for pictures

They took my $40 and ghosted me.
I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I was charged but have not received the product or a tracking number. I have sent two emails and had no response to either one. My ordered was placed August 16, money was taken that day. August 28, I sent an email asking for update, no response. Two days later I followed a link their website, no response. It is now September 5th, the request for this review is the only thing I have gotten since I placed the order.

I have ordered 4 of these canvas prints and LOVE all of them! Three of them were my cell phone photos, and they are very meaningful to our family! Great quality, shipped timely and packed well. Thank you! I will plan to order again and refer people your way!

**BEWARE** This company is a SCAM!
**BEWARE** This company is a SCAM!! We placed an order over a month ago and NEVER received our product!! We contacted customer service multiple times to 2 different email addresses and NEVER heard back from ANYONE. They charged our credit card, despite never receiving our order, or any shipping notification. To top it off we noticed today there were multiple fraudulent charges and oddly enough the credit card company has tracked them to the location of this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! This has been an awful experience

I placed my order back in May and still haven't received it and I've tried several times to contact them they never get back to me their happy to take your money but not supply what you've ordered discussing way for any company to operate I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone you'll waste your money in my view they appear to be a scam.

I gave a 3 only because the print turned out great. But it took over 3 weeks and I was unable to contact anyone for an update on why it took so long. I sent 3 emails, all were unanswered. Terrible customer service. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Never Again
I would rate this company as a zero but that was not an option. I never received my order. Tried to contact customer service through both emails on the website and never received a reply. Customer service phone number does not work. I waited a very long time for an order I never got. My opinion is that this company is total scam.
