Disappointment from Remarkable Toilets/Beautiful Toilets…
Remarkable Toilets/Beautiful Toilets are the same company. Among other things, they make bespoke loo seats, for a substantial price, to be paid in full upfront.I am in the process of doing this, because the Burlington toilet I purchased has discontinued the old-fashioned toilet seat that I wanted.Unfortunately, having quoted 4 weeks for production of a bespoke toilet seat, now this time scale is being extended for all sorts of reasons that could have been mentioned up front, but were not.Disappointing, as they could easily have said 6 or 8 weeks up front, but didn't.I have not received the toilet seat as yet, but I felt a warning should be issued to other potential buyers not to expect this company to do what it says it will do. I will update this review when I finally receive the toilet seat.
