Andusky e-bike will work with you to resolve all issues
After my first review of Anduskyebike their company contacted me and worked with me for a solution to me not receiving my 2 items (turn signals and rear light) that I did not receive and the mirrors that I already had, which they let me keep because it would have cost me more than I paid for the mirrors to send back to them and refunded me my money for everything! I had already purchased the Apex 50 e-bike from them for my grandson for Christmas which is an amazing bike in itself and he loves it! I did not realize when I ordered my merchandise from them that the Apex-50 already had all of these items, that is why I was trying to return them and I had not received the turn signals nor the back light because they were out of stock. So, this company is amazing and will do their best to help you with your issues.

Everything was delivered in a timely manner and everything was boxed up very well and the bike seams to be built very well and very strong.I have not ridden it yet because it is zero degree weather here and until the weather gets warmer it will have to wait But at this point I am very happy with my purchase and I will not hesitate buying from them again

Completely Satisified with my Andsky ebike experience
Delivery arrived 5 days after purchase. Delivered in Canada. Perfectly packaged. Smooth and Happy purchase. I would recommend Andsky Ebikes to everyone. APEX 50 was my first e bike i ever owned and totally out did my expectations.

This company made a well thought out e-bike , all heavy duty with a great look and performance plus. It is truly a Mercedes of bicycles . I can’t wait for the snow to go away so I can start putting mileage on it . Thank you Andsky .

Order conflict
We thought we ordered a Gravita LS but received a Gravita SO. My wife is having a hard time getting her leg over the bar As to your response that is why my comment started with “we thought “We received several order confirmations but none showed what was ordered only the price and and shipping information If we wanted the bar we would have upgraded to the dual motor Sorry for using this app to get your attention but couldn’t find any other way All else is great

Andsky apex 50 Christmas present.
Arrived in great condition with all accessories I ordered. Assembled and checked out all systems with no problems. Adjusted fit for me and rode it. Rides differently from my old e-bike but will adjust my riding style.

The bike actually went together very easy. It does take some common sense but take your time and think it through and you will be very pleased with it. The hardest part for me was getting the battery off. I was shocked at the size.it is not a toy. I am very pleased with this bike.

It’s a good bike
It’s a good bike. I also own a Wallke pro max and this bike out of the box was way more comfortable that my pro max. Over all impressed with the bike. It looks nice too. Some bikes look nerdy, but this one turns heads. Please keep the blue color scheme it is a nice blue

Andskyebike has the absolute best after sales customer service of any company I have come across in my 75 yrs on the planet. Emily, has gone overboard to help me with minor product issues and more importantly has helped me 3 separate times to acquire and receive help and products that are not standard, but I wanted to upgrade my Apex 50.
