Subscription are very expensive compare to competitors (those rose the price by more than 2 from last year). Website is very slow and there is a lot of duplicate models. Not worse the investment.
Bought a subscription for a month. A large amount of the downloads had corrupt files in them that my computer couldn't extract. Asked support to receive replacement downloads and received a response that basically took no responsibility for the problem or offered any reasonable solution. Now I see that there are a lot of similar complaints about this problem with downloading assets. When asking to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the rest of the month, I was blocked from the site altoghether. Now waiting for the refund documentation. Medium quality products and terrible service. Stay Away!!!

Buyed some models that are uncomplete or in obsolete format. Customer service just doesn't anwser any messages.
I have tried to download a model I previously bought multiple times and I constantly get the same error message Failed - No file. I have also contacted costumers support, but there is no reply.
Unstandard and unfair sitesIf the managers don't like it, they block everything.No reason to blockIf it's too high quality, they'll upload it for a feeIf you don't like users who don't like it, you can definitely go up for a fee
After payment they send me BS mail that they want my passport and foto. Looks like a big scam to me.
purchased, still can't download. this is what they wrote me back:"Hello!The site struggles unscrupulous buyers and outright scammers. Your payment has been identified as suspicious. Please help us correct this misunderstanding. Send a photo of your passport or driver's license to XXX with your first name, last name, and country. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of personal information. Thanks for understanding! -- Best regards,Technical support"SCAM WEBSITE.
Scam never get to download
Paid. Confirmation email. No assets, no downloads available. Double checked login and email are correct. Literally theft.
bought a poor quality model with incorrect model description. Emailed customer service and explained the situation. They got back to me with a tiny tiny render of the model saying the model is just fine. Well, clearly it is not when rendered at 7000px. Very poor customer service. I have bought many other models previously as well and there is quite a large portion of them that do not look as the preview render in the model description. Very dissatisfied. I always thought I am saving money buying form them as models are quite cheap, but really start to realise I just waste my time and in the end spend even more money buying something that does not meet any quality standards.
