Have ordered every light fixture and mirror for a new build 8000 square foot home from Ray Machado at Capital Lighting. He has been outstanding to work with, and provided a level of customer service that is second to none!!! Would not hesitate to call Ray again for anything needed in the future.
Wow! The light was delivered the day after I ordered it. Very pleased with the quality of the light. I have ordered from them in the past and always a great experience and high quality product.
I had so many questions regarding the purchase of a ceiling fan and we put it in slope of the ceiling and everything else and Gladys was extraordinarily helpful with everything. Quickly responsive to my emails. I can’t say enough about how good this experience was in dealing with one 800 lighting and the sales rep Gladys N. I highly recommend both the company and this customer service representative. It was another one that helped me. Her name escapes me, but outstanding as well.
Above and beyond service. Gladys helped me get in touch with the manufacturer to get a new chord for a fixture I thought I'd need to reorder. Quick and saved me. Thank you so much !!!!

The lamp I selected was offered at a smart price and arrived right on schedule. When I hada question about the lamp, the customer service person was incredibly helpful and polite. I'm very happy with both the lamp and Capitol Lighting. I highly recommend them.

I purchased 4 sconces for a bathroom remodel. The sconces were delivered timely and were exactly as described. However one shade was slightly dented. I reached out to customer service over the holiday expecting delays. To my surprise, I received a prompt response and resolution. No action was required on my part. Everything was handled directly by the customer service rep. Thank you for your superior customer service!
The person in the chat, Gladys seemed only to be helping me, which was nice! She was timely in her responses, understood my questions and answered them, and was very professional yet kind and cheery. I ordered my fan/lamp directly from her over chat. Couldn't have been a more easy and pleasant experience!
This is the fourth fixture we have ordered from Capitol Lighting. Each time we put one up we get so many compliments it spurs us to get another. Their prices are incomparable.

I had an issue with a lampshade on two pendant lights that ordered that were slightly different colors. It was so nice to call Capital Lighting and speak to an actual human being! Shavon was fantastic, kind and helpful and has been following up on the status of the replacement part requested every step of the way! I haven’t even gotten the part yet, but I had to write a review to compliment Shavon, who embodies “Customer Service.” I will be ordering lighting from Capital Lighting again based on this experience. Ordered 4 beautiful outdoor sconces for a great price. They arrived quickly in great condition except for one of the glass orbs which was broken. Customer service was easy to reach and quickly agreed to send a replacement glass.
