We have used this brand of black pepper for a long while. Full of flavor and great quality. Every type of pepper we have used has been superlative. Worth the price. Worth a mention is the fantastic customer service. Each time I have reached out, we have received a proper and prompt reply from one of the Owners.

It seemed to me to not have a lot of flavor but it did have a little bit more heat. It wasn’t really any better than what you can get at the grocery store. I won’t be buying it again.
Easy to order, excellent communication with company with regular updates, great peppercorn. I also received green peppercorn as a complimentary gift. Considering quality and rarity of Yupanqui peppercorns, it's a treat. Thank you very much

At first I was hesitant to try a new type of pepper, but having tried the Yupanqui white pepper, I decided to give their green pepper a chance. I must admit that I am now in love with its flavor, freshness, and exquisite aroma of citrus fruits and herbs. This pepper has transformed and revitalized my kitchen! Although it is recommended for Italian cuisine, I have found that it also perfectly enhances the flavor of white meat, fish, and desserts. I highly recommend this high quality pepper. And the price is great compared to other premium peppers out there!

My wife and I run a taco stand in Hilo Hawaii. We also do private event catering. The taco business gets pepper in gallon plastic bins. But for important events, we like to get quality ingredients. We have a variety of finishing salts, so it seemed prudent to use some premium pepper as well. I came across yupanqui a while back. After trying others, I finally gave yupanqui a shot. I got the green pepper in the grinder from Walmart online. I am so happy I got these. I thought I would keep them for specific use, but increasingly I find myself reaching for the green pepper whenever I’m making meals for our family and friends. They offer a very bright punch of flavor, but with a softer bite than black pepper. There is a woodsy, deeply herbaceous scent that leaves me wanting more every time. I will absolutely order more of this kind, and I will eventually work my way through the yupanqui product line. If the others are anywhere close to as good as the green have been, I see myself remaking a lot of recipes and seeing how much they improve. An absolute MUST for any discerning home cook…and any chef will love the quality and extra edge this product gives. My only regret is not buying more!
I am a renowned chef in the food industry and am always on the lookout for new condiments or spices for my creations. 1 years ago, I started cooking with Yupanqui pepper.This pepper is one of the best I know.it is long on the palate,not aggressive and gives a good pepper flavor.it also has notes of bark and fruit.it gives a superb kick to meat.it is not aggressive and long and careful on the palate.I am not renumerated to do this review.it is as a Chef that I have the pleasure to share my experience.Chef Michel Thomann
