The service is good, the price is right, the tickets get delivered, and things work. We wish we could customize our tickets easier, and that we could design the website that we land on for tickets. Comp ticket revenue should not be included on the Sales Dashboard (unless it also includes net of comps).

A Good Choice for In-Person Events
Pretty easy to set up. Especially good platform if combining online sales and an in-person event. Competitive pricing. And very good email updates and reporting options from Yapsody to event hosts. However, it is not the best platform if you need to customize the purchaser's receipt with instructions for accessing an online event.

Yapsody chat service providers are top notch. After learning that the promo codes weren’t working properly, (set up a Misc. code instead of a General one with no scroll down menu option for an easy switch) staff went beyond expectations by quickly making crucial edits to multiple event partner promo codes so that I could concentrate on servicing our biz to biz community. While I’ve toyed with switching to another ticketing platform, since truly there is no perfect one, I’m sticking with Yapsody because of the premium support service. Thanks Gilbert, Paul, and more, if those are your real names. lol

Excellent but pricey ticketing option
Excellent ticketing option. Great site/app etc. with fantastic functionality and usability. Pricing per ticket is expensive though, especially the fixed fee with lower priced tickets.

Confusing site
1. You should list an option for paying by credit card or using PayPal.Rather than forcing you to click on PayPal since it is very confusing.2. The other thing is that it says it will mail your tickets instead of email your tickets on your site.It makes us think that you’re going to mail them out in the mail.You need to change your wording.

Easy to use site and excellent customer sevice
The site is easy to use. The customer support is stellar. I get a timely response and solutions to my problems. I recently had to cancel an event and refund ticket sales. It was VERY EASY to do online. It reduced my stress and allowed me to respond in a timely and professional manner to folks who needed refunds.

Fantastic service and a great product
We have used Yapsody for our school's dramatic productions for years and we recently moved many of our other event registration processes to their system. The product is robust and can easily handle a wide variety of event scenarios, whether general admission or reserved seating. It's easy to set up events and ticketing in the system, and there are powerful features that one might expect from a more complex system (like creating seating charts with reserved or blocked seats, multiple events, multiple discount types, multiple ticket types, event add-ons, and more). The system is incredibly easy for event-goers to use, which might be more important than ease of use on the backend. They also offer really great pricing options, especially for us as a non-profit who hosts a lot of events. But the best part of working with Yapsody is their customer service. The very few times something didn't work, I was able to get through to a rep quickly and get my problem solved. There have even been new features that have been developed based on requests I had, because they saw the value for all of their customers. It's a really special thing when a company listens to its customers, and Yapsody does just that. I cannot recommend them enough!

PayPal!! I know this is actually not you but for anyone trying to manage PayPal as a check out feature on Yapsody it's not at all user friendly. I think I'm losing about 50% of my potential customers as a result of this.what ticket purchasing app would you suggest?

Great All Around
Great customer service. I had a few questions and I was able to call and use the chat option and my issues were resolved immediately. The fees are very reasonable for a non-profit like the high school theatre program I run. Customers found it easy to use as well. It was easy to share the event link for promotion and have everything set up ahead of time.

We are a long time customer of Yapsody and we have never had issues with their services. Our audience who purchase tickets on Yapsody have always had positive experience in their purchase process to ticket validation at the check-in. Everything works great! Only thing I wish they improve on is the capabilities of the marketing page of the events. Although the page works great, the look and feel is very basic. Wish Yapsody modernizes it.
