Dell referred me to xByte for a technician to install Mainpine modem for fax server. The technician was friendly and did the work in a timely manner, but afterwards I my EMR vendor identified additional work that needed to be done. xByte helped me get the additional work done. Great service!
We have ordered a number of different parts (Dell R940, rails for Dell R840 servers) in the past few months in spring 2025. Service is great -- had to work out some issues with tax exemption. Parts were in good working order and packed well. Competitive pricing. I recommend xByte Technologies.
